Gyeyang, Incheon burger restaurant with free refill chips: Bas Burger

A delicious handmade burger place opened in my neighborhood, so I went! Bas Burger, a great spot near Gyeyang District Office, was seriously sooo good!@

Ordering by kiosk and tablet

As soon as you enter, there is a kiosk where you can order. Every menu item has a photo, plus descriptions and the ingredients, so you can check everything before ordering.

You can order at the kiosk and then grab a seat, but each table also has a tablet. I think it is nice to settle in first, browse the menu at leisure, and order there too, haha. There were plenty of tables with generous spacing, so it was comfortable, and the whole place was clean with a bit of an American-style vibe!!

Burgers range from ₩8,900 to ₩14,000, so there are lots of price points, but they feel very reasonably priced for handmade burgers, haha. You can add drinks or sides, and make it a set too. Check the photo for details!

Unlimited free house-made potato chips

There is a self-service bar by the stairs, and these house-made potato chips are unlimited and free!!! Haha. I quickly grabbed some and nom nom nom before our food came out, lol.

The chips were wonderfully crisp and delicious! They have a nice thickness, so you can taste that nutty potato flavor, and they seemed freshly made—crisp without getting soggy, which was great, haha. Unlimited refills of however much you want is the best, lol. There are ketchup, mayonnaise, and pepper, so just grab them and dig in~

Two burgers ordered as a set and a combo

Our burger set is here~~♡ Since we thought we might leave food if we got two sides, we ordered one as a set and one as a combo. It was just right for two women; for men, I think ordering a set would be good, haha.

Added cheese bacon fries

We added cheese bacon fries to the fries that came with the set~ They were salty, so they would be good with beer, haha. I ordered them because I love cheese, but if I get fries again next time, I do not think I would necessarily add this?! Still, they were tasty, lol. Tasty, yes, but...

Grab the free sauces too

When you pick up your burgers, you will see a variety of sauces offered for free right beside them~ There were four kinds, and I was curious about how they tasted. Next time, I need to grab all four and try them, haha. They would be delicious dipped with the potato chips too, so grab them together when you get your chips! These days, so many places charge extra for sauce, so free sauces are... truly touching, lol.

The Bas Burger's moist bun and patty

The Bas Burger has a beef patty, real cheddar, house sauce, lettuce, onion, and tomato. The ingredients themselves were fresh, the patty was full of juices~~ and the bun was moist and delicious, haha. It is a popular menu item at Bas Burger near Gyeyang District Office! It may seem like the most basic choice, but one bite tells you, “Ah, this place really knows handmade burgers~”

What the Wasabi Mayo Shrimp Burger was like

The Wasabi Mayo Shrimp Burger comes with whole shrimp, wasabi mayo sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato, teriyaki sauce, an onion ring, and whole-grain mayo. It is a thick burger, and because it does not have a meat patty, it is light while the whole shrimp is springy and goes so well with the sauces—so delicious! From the fresh, quality ingredients and juicy patty to the fluffy, moist bun, it was deliciousness itself~~ I had been sad that there were no good handmade burger places nearby, but this completely wiped away that disappointment, haha. Bas Burger near Gyeyang District Office is definitely becoming a regular spot!! Lol
