Because I like sashimi and sushi, I visited Moshi Moshi PNU Branch (모시모시 부산대점), near Pusan National University, where I could have a full set meal. This time, I ordered the hoe hansang, a set with sashimi, sushi, tempura, and udon.

Where is Moshi Moshi PNU Branch?
It was near Pusan National University, so it was easy to find. The address is 1F Moshi Moshi, 271-5 Geumgang-ro, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, South Korea; the original post also gives the lot-number address as 401-5 Jangjeon-dong.

The hours posted at the time of my visit were 11:00–21:30 daily, with last orders at 21:00. There was a break time from 15:00 to 16:30 on weekdays.

What comes with the hoe hansang?
Looking over the menu, I found several full-set options. You could also have assorted sushi without side dishes or order à la carte.

The hoe hansang I had came as a full set with seven pieces of sashimi, eight pieces of sushi, three pieces of tempura, and udon. It seemed like enough for one person to eat heartily, or for two people to share and sample. At the time of my visit, though, one menu item per person was the standard.

Can you refill the pre-meal salads?
A vegetable salad and a soft tofu salad were served as appetizers. I was told that both could be refilled. I especially liked the combination of the soft tofu and sauce, though I was too full to have it more than once.

How were the sashimi and sushi in thickness and texture?
The sashimi was thicker than I expected. It did not taste fishy, and its savory flavor came through more as I chewed.

The sushi rice held together well but loosened naturally in my mouth. The toppings also tasted fresh, and the fish was not thin, giving it a satisfying chew.
I ate the sushi in the order of white fish, red fish, and grilled fish. Starting from the left side of the plate I was given let me try them in that order.

Is the portion enough with tempura and udon?
After the sashimi and sushi, I ate the tempura. It included kabocha squash, sweet potato, and shrimp, and it was still crisp even after it had been served for quite a while.

At first, I wondered whether eight pieces of sushi might not be enough, but I was very full after finishing it all. I have a personal habit of not eating hot food alongside sashimi, so I had the udon last. Ending the meal with warm udon made my stomach feel settled.

Being able to eat several things at once, from sashimi through udon, made the set feel generous. I did not note the exact price, but it felt reasonably priced for what was included. Next time, I would like to order individual dishes one by one.
