Walking in, there's a bright mint-toned info desk, and the staff greeted me kindly.

During the contouring stage, they used their hands to carefully define the neck, shoulders, jawline and cheekbone lines. It wasn't painful at all — more like a refreshing release of facial muscles with just the right pressure. Their hand skill is really excellent.
