At Jamae Salon Esthetic, they did an InBody measurement first before starting the treatment. Checking my body's condition with actual numbers made it much clearer which areas needed focused care!
The treatment: LIVEON EMS full-body therapy
This time I got mid- and low-frequency EMS stimulation while wearing a body suit, plus infrared LIVEON heat dome therapy! I was looking for Jinju body care recommendations, saw this treatment, and chose it right away — it exceeded my expectations 🙌
EMS ACTIVATION: muscle work across 16 zones of the body
The EMS suit activates muscles in 16 zones of the body simultaneously. It stimulates both type 1 and type 2 muscle fibers using 2,500Hz mid-frequency current, getting the body into a workout-ready state! You just lie down comfortably, but apparently just 20 minutes can produce the effect of more than 2 hours of exercise — I found that pretty amazing.

Being able to give different levels of stimulation from thighs to hips, waist, sides, underarm fat, upper arms, back, and abs was genuinely amazing! Instead of just stimulating everything equally, being able to set focus zones based on your concerns was a huge advantage 🙌
What the InBody numbers showed after the session
Right after the 30-minute session, I did another InBody measurement! There can be some margin of error since muscles are 'pumped' right after exercise, but even so the body composition changes were surprising! Just one 30-minute session made this much difference,,, 🫠 It really made me curious what would happen with regular sessions.
Since the treatment room was also newly relocated and expanded, it's clean and the private single-person room is well managed — I was very satisfied!
