Pohang mulhoe restaurant with a POSCO night view walk: Ppwang Mulhoe
Ppwang Mulhoe is a mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) restaurant on the main coastal road at Yeongildae Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. After checking into a hotel on Yeongildae Beach, the writer walked along the sea to Ppwang Mulhoe for flounder mulhoe at 20,000 won, a squid and flounder half-and-half mulhoe at 20,000 won and squid pajeon at 15,000 won, plus free squid soup from the self-bar, eating each bowl in three stages: mixed, then with noodles, then with rice. It made an easy early-evening course that carried on into a walk at Yeongildae and the POSCO night view.
