Gwanghwamun café for Earl Grey lemon dessert: Center Coffee

After a delicious dinner in Gwanghwamun, I was looking for somewhere with great coffee and ended up at Center Coffee! It is on the B1 level of Seoul Finance Center, so it is an easy café to reach from Gwanghwamun Station or the Jongno area ✨ The coffee is seriously good, so I stop by often when I am nearby—highly recommend it~
A café for a quick break in Gwanghwamun
The place looked so pretty even from outside! The atmosphere was lovely too, and there was a Blue Ribbon mark right at the entrance,, ✨ It seems like a nice space for Gwanghwamun office workers to pop in for a cup of coffee during lunch or after work.
There were well-arranged coffee-related displays all around the café, so they were fun to look at too! With coffee beans and brewing tools on display, it really felt like a place that takes coffee seriously 🫧
Oh, and I think the desserts here look really good too. They have panini and yogurt bowls as well, and I want to try them next time!

We ordered an Americano and Ethiopian coffee! The aroma was so good as soon as we received them ✨ We had planned to order coffee only, but the desserts in the café looked far too delicious, so we ordered one too…!! (Coffee and dessert are a must together~)
It was fun just having a little look around too!
Earl Grey lemon dessert with coffee
What I ordered was the Earl Grey lemon dessert! The subtle Earl Grey aroma and refreshing lemon flavor worked beautifully together, making it great with coffee. The lemony brightness meant it was cleaner and lighter than I expected!
The coffee was so delicious..! We had eaten sushi beforehand and were craving hot coffee, so the two of us had hot drinks and it was so nice. It is also great when you are looking for a quiet café with a lovely atmosphere in Gwanghwamun~ Plus, it is in a nice spot to take a little break while walking along Cheonggyecheon Stream~~!
Especially ✨ if you work nearby, I think it would be great to visit for a cup of coffee at lunchtime~~! This is a Gwanghwamun café I would recommend to anyone who likes specialty coffee or wants to slowly enjoy a fragrant cup of coffee 🤍
