Came for lunch to this new Raccoon Pizza near my office! I was craving draft beer, so a place that serves both draft beer and soju was perfect!! It's right below my office so I come here with coworkers pretty often — I watched it get built from when it was still under construction, and the interior is clean and there are so many menu items, great for coming with people!!
Doesn't the interior kind of feel like America?? (never been though haha)
What two people ordered at Raccoon Pizza, and what it cost
Since it was just the two of us, we ordered a half-and-half pizza (Raccoon cheese waterfall pizza + potato pizza) for ₩21,800, chicken tenders (4 pieces) for ₩4,800, and two glasses of draft beer. There was never really anywhere to go whenever I craved draft beer, so I'm so glad Raccoon Pizza opened, hehe.
They also sell spaghetti and various chicken dishes, so I like that there are so many options. And they have a lot of set menu combos too, so people like me who like trying a bit of everything will probably be even happier!! The crispy hot chicken is only ₩12,000 for a half portion, so it's an absolute value bomb..
The weather's so nice, it's great looking out the window. Sitting here I saw my CEO and my boss walking by lol.
Are the salad bar sauces free? Garlic dip included
Raccoon Pizza Mapo Station branch keeps garlic dipping sauce, hot sauce, ketchup and other pizza sauces free and generously stocked at the salad bar. Bowls, utensils, water, sauces, wet wipes — all set up and ready. The salad bar is kept super clean too.
I really loved that the salad bar had garlic dipping sauce, hot sauce, ketchup and other sauces to go with the pizza in generous amounts. Most places charge extra for sauce, but here you can have as much as you want for free!! I love garlic dipping sauce so I piled it on^^
Draft beer at lunch and 4,800-won chicken tenders
The draft beer finally arrived — release me from the sorrows of office life. We each had a glass and thought about getting a second round, but lunch break was almost over.. so we ended up sharing one last glass.
And the chicken tenders. That pretzel that comes as a default side is seriously the best. It felt like a waste to just eat pizza, but ordering spaghetti or a whole chicken felt like too much for two people — chicken tenders were the perfect amount! I was too full to finish and left some, but I'm craving it again already..
How the cheese waterfall pizza and potato pizza taste
Just look at this gorgeous pizza. When you order pizza, they bring out yet another sauce besides what's at the salad bar!! A sauce-loving girl's happiness haha.
Hehe I love pizza. Already half the beer's gone haha. This place is near my old office and my boss actually treated us to lunch here once before, and I remember it being delicious back then too. Next time I want to try the truffle sirloin pizza!! The basil mascarpone pizza sounds delicious too.. 🤩 and the buffalo wings probably are too.. with such a wide menu, it feels like the more people you go with, the better the deal.
Look at that cheese stretch. Personally I prefer pizzas loaded with toppings over ones with just cheese, but Raccoon Pizza piles on plenty of cheese too and it was salty and so good!! The potato pizza wasn't really my thing though.. Mapo Station is basically all Korean BBQ restaurants, so I'm really happy a pizza place opened up.

Is Raccoon Pizza Mapo good for team dinners or dates? Seating and access
Raccoon Pizza Mapo Station branch has plenty of 4-person and 2-person tables, so it should work great for office team dinners, family gatherings, or dates too (we actually had a lunch team dinner here). When I visited, there were quite a few groups of office workers eating together both at lunch and dinner.
It's about a five-minute walk from Mapo Station Exit 1, so access is great too!! They're currently running an event where you get a crust coupon if you write a review on Naver and download the coupon, so be sure to grab that!!
