The interior of 37.5 Signature Mia Branch had a European vibe and felt upscale. There were 6-person and 4-person tables, so it looked like it could handle group gatherings too.

Even though I came early on a weekday morning, I was surprised at how many customers there were. (If it's this popular in the morning, I wonder if there's a wait at lunchtime?) There's a large apartment complex nearby called 'Lotte Castle Clasia,' so it seems to be a favorite brunch café near Gireum Station for residents.

At the self-service corner there was water, wet wipes, aprons, and cups. There were baby chairs too, so it looked convenient for family gatherings with kids.

The 37.5 Classic Lasagna is the signature dish at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch. I really love lasagna, but today I wanted to build a balanced brunch with salad and pasta, so I skipped it. (I think a lot of people would also go for the Mont Blanc truffle pasta.)

There are also hearty lunch dishes like cube steak pilaf and hot-plate beef kimchi fried rice.

The custard cream French toast caught my eye too — it just sounds sweet. It's described as brioche bread topped with house-made vanilla custard cream and crumble, and honestly just hearing that made my mouth water.

There's strawberry ade and low-sugar Shine Muscat ade, plus coffees like Americano, vanilla latte, and cappuccino. On the alcohol side, there's draft beer, and the blue lemon highball and hibiscus highball caught my attention. Highballs are ₩8,000 per glass.

How does the pomegranate ricotta cheese salad taste?

The pomegranate ricotta cheese salad (석류 리코타 치즈 샐러드) comes with two pieces of rye bread. It's a salad with seasonal fruit, fresh ricotta cheese, and nuts.

I ordered it thinking it would pair well with pasta, and thanks to the sweet pomegranate dressing, I enjoyed it a lot. I'd recommend mixing the ricotta cheese with the pomegranate dressing. Eating it with the nuts, grapefruit, banana, and cherry tomatoes, I lost track of time.

Dipping rye bread into the mushroom soup is just perfect!

For a balanced meal today, I also had the apple kale juice. It wasn't sweet, and I could taste the fresh, green flavor of the kale.

The truffle chicken cream risotto stands out for its rich, thick cream sauce flavor. It's a risotto with roast chicken and mushrooms, and with the truffle aroma added to the cream sauce, I could taste a deep richness. The chicken was tender too, so it was easy to eat.
