Broth comes as a default, and ginger and pickled radish (rakkyo) are set out too, which was nice for cleansing the palate before the sushi.

The sushi's fish slices were thick overall, so one piece really filled your mouth.

The fish itself was fresh and tasted good piece by piece, and the rice portion wasn't skimpy either, so it was more filling than I expected.

I ordered the salmon sashimi because I wanted to eat salmon on its own, and it was thick-cut with solid quality.

It came with chojang (spicy vinegar sauce) and onion, and eating them together made it even better.

The shrimp tempura was properly crispy, as you'd expect from a Japanese restaurant! Crunchy on the outside and springy inside — perfect as a side to the sushi.
