Soon enough, our order comes out one by one. We picked according to our family's taste: handmade whole mozzarella cheese pork cutlet, onion pork cutlet, and fish cake skewer udon.

The whole mozzarella cheese pork cutlet is served uncut, and after resting for a minute before slicing, you get the fullest chewy, stretchy texture that natural cheese is known for.

Crispy outside, tender inside — the cheese cutlet, fried just right, oozes cheese the second you cut into it~~ Packed with cheese. The crunchy texture with savory cheese and tender pork combo is just so good.

Spicy onion pork cutlet, 13,800 won

The onion pork cutlet, its spicy sauce full of flavor from green onion and onion stir-fried on high heat, doesn't get tiring and can be enjoyed all the way to the last bite — a good pick for anyone who dislikes greasy food.

Onion pork cutlet topped with spicy sauce

The thick loin cutlet is topped generously with onion, green onion, and sauce, so it looks appetizing right off the bat. Loaded with well-stir-fried sweet onion and green onion plus a slightly spicy sauce, it's addictive — a pork cutlet you can finish cleanly to the last piece.

Fish cake skewer udon in mild spice, 11,500 won: can kids eat it?

The fish cake skewer udon, topped with fish cake skewers matched to a bonito-based soy broth, brings the chewy texture of fish cake and the softness of udon together for a comforting meal. You can choose the spice level, so since our kid was eating it, we went with mild.

The bouncy udon noodles get more addictive the more you eat!! With meat in it, the broth is rich with a hint of sweetness, and our kid ate it up happily.
