It was hot and I wanted ice cream, and there turned out to be lots of soft serve types. Besides basic milk, there are affogato, matcha, chocolate, peanut butter, and the fruit flavors peach, mango and strawberry.

At Mellows I ordered the chocolate soft serve. It's cheap and tasty, and whenever you're nearby it's worth dropping in, like a sparrow can't pass a mill.

There are corn flakes at the bottom, and after the soft serve goes in, it's brushed with chocolate syrup. One rolled wafer is stuck in the top.

Sweet meets crunchy, a perfect match! I ate the ice cream and the rolled wafer first, then mixed the flakes at the bottom with the soft serve and tasted that.

The ice cream I sought out because of the heat was heavenly. It's so hot lately, right.. When you're hot and worn out, you need a sugar recharge. Mellows, the Ttukseom Station dessert café in Seongsu, is great for recharging with a little rest and calm.

The vanilla latte is good too. Worn out by the heat, I got a proper rest with a Mellows latte and ice cream dessert.
