Oillaenae is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Jeonbuk National University in Jeonju, Jeonbuk. After a weekend-evening wait, we filled up on the Half-Platter Set, doenjang-jjigae, cheese steamed egg, and bibim noodles. Verdict: a good-value choice for trying several meat dishes near Jeonbuk National University.

After a trip to Jeonju Zoo, we shared an assorted beef platter and two cheonggukjang bibimbaps, with plenty of high chairs and ₩2,000 soju and beer.
