The weather's gotten so nice in the mornings and evenings lately that it really feels like fall has arrived. On days like this, walking around while eating something delicious just puts you in a great mood.
Today I'm sharing my visit to a newly opened burger restaurant in Daeheung-dong. I was especially happy because it's Burgiz, a spot I already love in Daejeon. Shall we go grab a tasty burger together?

Burgiz Daeheung, a Daeheung-dong favorite, is located right in front of Daejeon Girls' Middle School.
The exterior

I arrived at Burgiz Daeheung, a Daeheung-dong favorite. The exterior is really clean and unique. Honestly, Korea's whole storefront-sign culture could use more of this.
Comfortable for groups — what's the interior like?

I stepped inside Burgiz Daeheung, a Daeheung-dong favorite. Since the store just opened, it was really clean and pleasant. In particular, there's long horizontal seating, so it'd be comfortable even for a group.

This spot looks out the window, and just gazing out from here put me in a good mood.

The seating layout is really stylish too. I loved this diagonal arrangement.

The kitchen gave off a vibe like being in New York, the home of the burger. Personally, I loved the salmon-colored lettering above the kitchen.

A secret spot in the store: the sink
Can you spot the secret space at Burgiz Daeheung, the Daeheung-dong favorite, in this photo?

Yes, there's a sink right inside, so you can wash your hands without having to go all the way to the restroom. You know how needed this really is. It's necessary, but so few places install one inside the store — I really love that about Burgiz Daeheung, a Daeheung-dong favorite!!
Menu and how to order

Here's the menu at Burgiz Daeheung, a Daeheung-dong favorite. The fries options in particular were quite varied. To order, you scan the QR code at your table and it takes you straight to the menu. We ordered the avocado burger, bacon cheese burger, Godfather burger, original fries, and San Pellegrino sparkling water.

A little while later, our order from Burgiz Daeheung, the Daeheung-dong favorite, arrived. The smell was amazing. Wow, the visuals were seriously incredible.

Original fries
The original fries were just the right amount of salty and crispy on the outside, moist on the inside — exactly my taste. Fries are great on their own, but dipping them in ketchup makes them even better.

Avocado burger
This is the avocado burger from Burgiz Daeheung, the Daeheung-dong favorite. There was a proper amount of avocado packed in, and it was so delicious. Genuinely well made — a burger that made me feel healthy just eating it.

Godfather burger
This is the Godfather burger. True to its name, it was loaded with all sorts of toppings that made every bite fun.

Bacon cheese burger
This is the bacon cheese burger, and it had that rich, cheesy thickness done right.

The insides were really generous and packed with filling.

I'm genuinely proud that Daejeon has such a great burger spot. Whenever you're craving a good burger in Daeheung-dong, remember Burgiz, the Daeheung-dong favorite.
