Today I'm sharing a story about a Korean restaurant called "Ossamgak" in Mokdong, Dongtan.
Ossamgak's location and the outside of the shop

I went to Ossamgak to enjoy some Korean food in Dongtan's Mokdong neighborhood. The place is located in Mokdong, Dongtan-gu, haha. This was my second visit :)

There's a menu board set up right by the entrance, so you can check what's on offer before you go in, haha. So shall we head inside Ossamgak?
Where to park
There's a parking lot right in front of the shop. It doesn't have many spaces, but there's a public parking lot nearby. It offers 1.5 hours of free parking, so keep that in mind :)
An interior that's good for sitting with a kid
We came inside Dongtan's Ossamgak. The interior is clean and neat, haha. It's mostly made up of four-person tables, and we came to enjoy lunch with our child.
There are separate men's and women's restrooms inside, which was really convenient, haha.
There are plenty of baby chairs, so it's easy to visit with a kid without worry, and there are bibs too, so it's nice to have them set up in advance, haha.

There's also self-serve coffee you can enjoy! There's a coffee machine near the entrance, and you can have one cup per person :) A free specialty-grade americano.
Ossamgak's menu board and how to order

We ordered using the tablet on the table, haha.

Let me show you Ossamgak's menu board. The set meals include the ossam set, stir-fried squid set, and bossam set. There's also garlic bossam, skate sam-hap, raw oyster bossam, plus add-on and side dishes :)

There's also a receipt review event — you get one free drink.
After trying the ₩19,000 ossam set meal ×2

We ordered two servings of the ossam set meal. Delicious food was laid out on the table, haha.
The side dishes

Let me show you the side dishes first. Seasoned bean sprouts, cabbage salad, stir-fried spinach, some unnamed banchan, and japchae! Good side dishes for a kid to eat too, haha.

How's the stir-fried squid?
The main dish, stir-fried squid, came out too. Plump, chunky squid and cabbage stir-fried together in a delicious sauce, haha.

The spicy sauce was really delicious, haha. It's the kind of flavor that keeps you reaching for more. The texture of the squid was great too!

They also gave us a bowl with fried egg and gim (roasted seaweed) flakes. Mix in rice and the stir-fried squid for a tasty bite, haha. I think it'd be good with the seasoned bean sprouts from the side dishes too.

Garlic bossam — sauce can be requested separately
The garlic bossam came out too. You can request the garlic sauce separately, haha. Since we were eating with our child, we had it served separately!

Soft, tender meat comes out along with bright red, delicious-looking kimchi. Top the meat with garlic sauce and eat it with the kimchi :) We also wrapped it in a lettuce wrap!
Doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) came out too — a stew with delicious ingredients spread evenly throughout, haha. We had a hearty, filling meal.
