Outside the restaurant

We arrived at Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch, a good restaurant for a meal in Ingye-dong~ We had other errands nearby, then stopped in for lunch :) It was a weekday lunch with my child and husband!

The entrance is full of Jeju vibes~ A lifetime-best Jeju restaurant, haha. It rained so heavily that day. I think that made it an even bigger craving-a-steaming-bowl-of-soup kind of day!

Parking and visit information

We parked right in front of the restaurant and went in~ It is close to Suwon City Hall Station and a bus stop, so it is easy to visit by public transport. There is also parking if you are driving, so keep that in mind haha.

A spacious interior that was easy with a stroller

Let me show you inside Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch, a great meal spot in Ingye-dong, haha. It is spacious and quite neat~ The interior is full of Jeju atmosphere too! There is really plenty of space between the tables, so bringing a stroller did not feel like a burden at all~ When I visited, there were lots of office workers.

There is a self-service corner too. Everything from side dishes and seasonings to tableware is neatly organized so you can see at a glance what is available. A bowl of rice is free when each person orders one meal, which is great news for big eaters haha.

There are about two high chairs available, and white aprons too, so pop one on before you eat.

There is a coffee machine by the entrance as well.

And here is the display case by the counter~ The menu is available for takeout cooked or uncooked, and they also sell seasoned soybean paste for ₩9,900 haha.

Let me show you the menu at Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch, a meal spot in Ingye-dong, haha. The menu is simple~ There is haejangguk (hangover soup), naejangtang (beef tripe soup), dombe gogi (boiled pork served on a wooden board), and yang-muchim (seasoned beef tripe) and seonji-tang (blood curd soup) as sides! They also sell alcohol and drinks, so they would be even tastier together~

Ta-da~ Our delicious haejangguk was set out in no time!

First, the side dishes included peppers, kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), ssamjang (savory dipping paste), and minced garlic. Bowls of rice came out too, haha.

Such a piping-hot haejangguk~ It comes with beef, seonji (blood curd), bean sprouts, and ugeoji (dried cabbage greens), and you could choose options when ordering. I had meant to leave out the blood curd, but I ordered the version with everything in it.

It arrived bubbling away, and the broth was seriously delicious. Since it was raining, it felt even more warming and as though it thawed me right out, haha. The haejangguk was full of bean sprouts, glass noodles, meat, and all sorts of ingredients~ It was truly filling! My husband even mixed his rice into the soup. We both said it was really delicious and enjoyed it together.

A filling weekday lunch

We had delicious haejangguk for weekday lunch! It is good for curing a hangover and for taking care of a satisfying meal. The price is reasonable and the portion is really generous too! I'll visit again next time.
