There are about eight tables inside, and everything was clean and neatly arranged!

You can order from your seat on a tablet and try whatever appeals to you, including bone kalguksu, bibim kalguksu, cold boiled pork, and grilled bones. They also offer a tasting portion of cold boiled pork or one drink for the review event ~! ~! ~! ~! ~!

If you want more side dishes, just use the self-service bar. I also loved that aprons were ready for us ヾ(´∀`)ノ゙ But the best part was that you can refill your rice from the rice cooker without ordering it separately 👍🏻.... Kimchi, kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), onion, hot chili peppers, ssamjang (seasoned dipping paste), and meat sauce are all unlimited too!

I tried bone kalguksu and galbi-seasoned grilled bones
The kimchi at this Yangsan kalguksu spot is spicy, so if you cannot handle heat, I recommend the kkakdugi! There was also a note saying that the thoroughly simmered bones release their meat softly. Loved that too, haha.
I normally go for red, spicy kalguksu, but this time I ordered the basic bone kalguksu and the Best-rated galbi-seasoned grilled bones!!! It was around dinner time, and just looking at it made me hungry. I was so curious, so let’s dig in quickly 🤤🤤🤤🤤
First, the bone kalguksu has noodles in a rich broth drawn from the bones, so the soup itself is incredibly deep and savory. It is almost like beef-bone soup?! There were mung bean sprouts and shredded egg inside too.

The meat had absolutely no off smell and was so well cooked that it was wonderfully tender. It was clean-tasting yet nicely infused with the broth, so it went perfectly with the kalguksu!!

I tend to seek out every good kalguksu place, and Jinhae Jang Bone Kalguksu in Yangsan was exactly the kind of flavor I love! Next time, I want to try the spicy bone kalguksu too.

I especially loved the kimchi here, and having it alongside made everything even tastier ヾ(。・ω・。) It was not spicy to me, but it does have some heat, so anyone who is sensitive to spice should go for the kkakdugi!
Galbi-seasoned grilled bones that fall apart with chopsticks
Picking meat off bones is fun, but honestly, it can be a hassle too, right?!! At Jinhae Jang Bone Kalguksu, the bone meat is so tender that it comes apart easily with chopsticks like this!!!
It was soft and moist, practically melting in my mouth. The sweet and salty seasoning went beautifully with rice! I want it again ...!

The melt-in-your-mouth galbi-flavored grilled bones were sooo good with kimchi or piled onto a spoonful of rice 🤤

The seasoning coated the meat evenly, so every bite had an outstanding, rich seasoned flavor ~~~~~~~

The galbi-style seasoning made the flavor even more amazing!! I totally, totally recommend the galbi-seasoned grilled bones.

I enjoyed every last bite with the kalguksu. It is the sort of meal anyone can enjoy. I highly recommend Jinhae Jang Bone Kalguksu to anyone looking for great kalguksu near Pusan National University Yangsan Hospital. With springy noodles and rich soup, tender grilled-bone meat, and a 6 AM opening, it is even better because you can start your day with a hearty meal early in the morning!!!!!
