After having a nice, filling meat meal with a close unnie in Hongdae, we went to this Hongdae dessert café. After a meal, sweet dessert is essential, right? *_* It felt a little sad to part ways after only eating, so we decided to go to a café for an absolute storm of chatting over dessert. After searching hard, I found this great Hongdae spot for soufflé cakes and desserts, Think Fruit (띵크프룻), and I’m here with my visit!

My second visit to Think Fruit

This is also a Hongdae dessert café and soufflé pancake spot that I’ve visited for the second time! I used to go around looking for lots of new good places, but maybe it’s because I’m getting older—I keep going back to places I’ve already been... haha. Somehow, I don’t go to new places as much anymore. Think Fruit, a beloved Hongdae dessert café, is famous for its soufflé pancakes! *_* Just like its name, it’s a Hongdae dessert café with delicious fruit-based desserts.

Seasonal fruit: peaches and figs

The fruit seems to change a little with each season! Last time it was strawwwberries, but this time it had changed to peaches and figs, you know? So this time, I ordered the peach soufflé pancakes +_+! If I come again next time, I’ll try the figs! Figs are super delicious in fall, after all!!!!!!

You can even see fruit ripening beside the counter *_* Think Fruit is a trusted Hongdae dessert café because it uses fresh fruit!

It’s a great soufflé cake spot with a clean interior and lovely atmosphere overall. +_+ Just keep in mind that the soufflé cakes take about 20 minutes to make!

Tea and an iced café latte on the side

This is the tea unnie ordered. It came like this, and I thought the cup was really fascinating *_* I want this cup..... I feel like if I had one like it at home, I’d drink tea more often! I want it so badly!

I ordered an iced latte. I was originally going to get an iced Americano, but I’ve been drinking way too many iced Americanos lately, so I ordered an iced café latte for the first time in a while! The peach soufflé pancakes look incredible, right?

What comes with Think Fruit’s peach soufflé

The peach is filled with Greek yogurt! Plus there’s house-made mascarpone cream and Häagen-Dazs ice cream! And you get three soufflés, made in-house—so soft and fluffy that they just melt away in your mouth!!!! Aren’t they seriously so pretty? As pretty as they are, they’re delicious too.. I love peaches... 🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑

But seriously, the peach soufflé pancakes were so pretty that I found myself taking a ridiculous number of photos. The old saying that food that looks good tastes good isn’t wrong at all, truly >_<

I cut the peach in half and was amazed by the visuals all over again +_+ .... We’d already had a filling meat meal, but... there’s always a separate stomach for dessert, right? So we ate another hearty, delicious meal of it... sipping coffee and happily nom nom nom-ing on peach soufflé pancakes. Soufflés are really too hard to make yourself, so it’s best to go out and buy them! I captured the visuals on video too! Looking at the peach soufflé pancake video makes me want to eat it again!

The clouds were so pretty that day, and the sunset was gorgeous. Maybe fall is really on its way now. The sky has been so beautiful lately whenever I look at it. Time goes so, so fast... fast...ㅠ Fall passes quickly, so once it’s gone, winter will arrive in a flash too, right? These days, I can really feel time moving faster as I get older.
