Today I want to introduce Suwon's representative café, the Jeong Ji-young Roasters Haenggung Main Branch ~~

Located in Haenggung-dong, Suwon, Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters Haenggung Main Branch is, quite literally, the coffee shop that represents Suwon — and I only made it here after living in Suwon for N years,,, To cut to the conclusion: this was genuinely a café that could move you with coffee alone!!! If you like sweet coffee, definitely order the abara (iced sweet Americano)~!!

Getting there and parking

Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters Haenggung Main Branch is located in Haenggung-dong, Suwon. It's right on the hot street of Haenggung-dong, so it's easy to find. And even though it's an independent coffee shop, the building is huge haha — other cafés are all single-story, but Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters Haenggung Main Branch is a four-story building,,,!

By the way, you know parking in Haenggung-dong is reeeeally hard, right? Same goes for Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters,,, You'll need to use the nearby Jangan Public Parking Lot or the Suwon Museum of Art parking lot (no separate parking discount available).

To order, you first have to go down to the basement! There's no elevator!

They also sell related goods. It's fun browsing the Suwon goods and the KT Wiz goods. By the way, I'm a Kia Tigers fan haha,,,★

Here's the menu at Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters Haenggung Main Branch! I can't really enjoy Americano because it's not my taste haha, so I ordered a sweet coffee — the vanilla latte :>

It's a coffee spot, but they've also got a variety of desserts to match ~ I'd just had lunch right before visiting so I sadly had to pass on them ㅠ

I finally visited Suwon's representative café, Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters!!!!!!!!

Going back and forth felt like a hassle, so I waited in the basement and took my drink up with me.

Oh right, the 3rd floor has the Jeong Ji-young Coffee Academy. Apparently you can even learn coffee here,,,?

Packed even on weekdays, and the 4th-floor laptop space

Now let me show you inside the Haenggung main branch! I visited on a weekday since I was on vacation last week, and I was surprised it was almost fully booked,,,★ Does everyone already know about this coffee shop's reputation?!

On the top floor (4th floor) there's a separate space that's comfortable for laptop work! I studied here for about 2 hours and could really focus. + I loved that they have partitions between tables too.

So, how's the coffee?

I can say this with total confidence: the coffee is great. It's a place worth visiting for the coffee alone. I bet the beans are top quality!! If you like nutty, roasty beans, trust me and order the coffee!!!!

Random, but the hand dryer in the restroom was a Dyson, and I found that surprising enough to photograph haha,,,
