I’m going to write about my date with my mom at Resting07, an Italian restaurant on the second floor of Dongseong-ro in Daegu with private rooms—great for a blind date or date! 💕 This place has a whopping 8,293 Naver reviews and has maintained a pretty high 4.86 rating! I was curious because there were so many reviews, and the prices weren’t too burdensome either, so I thought it would be nice for a relaxed meal with my mom.
We ordered the cube pork-neck steak, Red Egg in Hell, and grapefruit ade. We also got a mini salad through the review event, so we ended up having a really filling meal!

It’s less than a 10-minute walk from Banwoldang Station, so as I always say, it’s absolutely perfect for people getting around on foot! It was above another place I’d visited before 😝

What Are the Private Rooms and Interior Like?
The interior is decorated neatly in white and wood, and there are three private rooms, making it nice and cozy for a conversation!

I liked that the restroom was clean! Personally, I do pay attention to restrooms, and the men’s and women’s facilities are separate! There’s also a high chair, so babies can come along too~
What We Ordered and Prices
- Cube pork-neck steak ₩19,700
- Red Egg in Hell ₩17,700
- Grapefruit ade ₩4,500
- Mini salad (review event)

A neat basic spread! Bread refills are available,, and since I ordered Egg in Hell, I got more bread,,, haha

Thanks to the mini salad we received for joining the receipt-review event, the table felt much more abundant. I thought the portion might be small since it was complimentary, but the fresh vegetables and dressing went together so well that it was very satisfying!

Cube Pork-Neck Steak
This was the main dish of our visit and my mom’s top pick! It came diced into bite-sized cubes, which made it easy to eat.

However, the doneness felt close to well-done to me, so for someone like me who usually likes the tender texture of medium-rare meat, it felt a little dry and chewy. But for people like my mom who prefer meat thoroughly cooked, it was just right! This is something opinions may differ on depending on your taste, so keep that in mind!!

Red Egg in Hell
This was exactly my kind of dish and perfectly made up for the slight disappointment of the pork-neck steak! It had soft eggs, cheese, sausage, and onion in a spicy, rich tomato-sauce base, so it was great to scoop up generously with a spoon.

Dipping the bread in the sauce was really delicious. The spicy Egg in Hell neatly balanced the richness of the steak, so the two dishes made a great combination!
Menu and Review Event
Being able to have steak in the ₩10,000 range is such good value, right? Pasta, risotto, steak, pizza, and salad! The menu is varied, so I think it would be nice for a gathering too!

Besides the mini salad I had, you can also receive a soft drink or corn cheese, so I definitely recommend joining the review event!
