Couple's bossam date with makguksu set at Sindorim Sambaekga, Guro
In short
Sindorim Sambaekga is a jokbal-bossam Korean restaurant 5 minutes' walk from Sindorim Station Exit 5, on the 1st floor of Sindorim 1cha Prugio in Guro, Seoul. A couple ordered the small bossam (boiled pork) + makguksu (cold buckwheat noodles) set for 41,000 won, keeping the pork warm the whole meal on a tabletop burner steamer with tangy-sweet bibim makguksu on the side. The small set plus noodles was plenty for two, and free parking for 2 hours made it an easy drive-up dinner too.

Today's a Sindorim Station restaurant review~!! 😊 It's a 5-minute walk from Sindorim Station Exit 5! Super close to the station, right below Sindorim 1cha Prugio. We drove there and got 2 hours of free parking, which was more than enough time to enjoy the meal! There's also a newly reopened Homeplus Sindorim branch downstairs, perfect for grabbing groceries afterward haha.

We found Sindorim Sambaekga quickly! Went early so it wasn't too crowded.

Atmosphere and seating
The restaurant is laid out like this~ mostly 4-seat tables. If you push them together, it looks great for group gatherings!
We sat at a table further inside, and it felt nicely private too!
If you need more, there's a self-serve station too!

What we ordered for two: small bossam + makguksu set
The menu at this Sindorim Station favorite! I love jokbal and bossam haha... 💗 And makguksu even more! So this is what I picked.
- Small bossam + makguksu set 41,000 won
- Coca-Cola Zero 2,000 won
I definitely prefer the tender bossam over jokbal haha. Went with my boyfriend so we got the small size!
The side dishes are so neatly arranged! The wrap greens were all fresh! And the kimchi was seriously delicious... ugh, kimchi is the real key at any jokbal-bossam place haha.

We didn't order jokbal but a small portion came with the set anyway. This was also amazing haha, my boyfriend basically inhaled it.

Bossam that stays warm to the last bite on a burner steamer
And they put a steamer on top of a tabletop burner, so we could keep eating the bossam warm and moist all the way through! Doesn't it look so appetizing?! 👏🏻👏🏻
Can you see the shine on the meat? No gamey smell at all, so moist and tender it just melted the moment it hit my mouth!

The meat-to-fat ratio was just right too, and eating it with a piece of the crunchy kimchi on top was pure heaven... this is exactly why we eat bossam!
So good ㅠㅠ I want to eat it again! You've got to keep bossam and jokbal in regular rotation 😚

Great with perilla leaves, great with lettuce too haha. If it's just the two of you, I'd recommend the small size! With the makguksu on the side, you'll definitely be full :)
We drove, so we toasted with cola instead- 🍻

Bossam's perfect partner: bibim makguksu
The essential partner to bossam, bibim makguksu (spicy buckwheat noodles)! It comes out piled high on the plate, and the look of it alone got my mouth watering.
Lettuce, vegetable garnish, plus nutty sesame seeds and egg garnish neatly layered on top. Can't you already tell how tangy-sweet it'll be just from the color of the sauce? 🔥

The noodles were super springy and chewy, and the sauce wasn't overly spicy, so it kept going down easily!! Wrapping a piece of the warm bossam pork in it makes an absolutely perfect combo ✨
Why we recommend this Sindorim bossam restaurant
If you're looking for a proper bossam and makguksu combo near Sindorim Station, this is a must-visit Sindorim Korean restaurant! It's right by the station so it's easy to reach by public transit, and parking is convenient too, making it perfect for a drive-and-dinner stop.
The combination of moist, warm-to-the-end boiled pork and tangy-sweet makguksu is one I keep thinking about — a genuine Sindorim jokbal-bossam favorite 🥰 Highly recommend it if you're looking for a tidy Korean meal or a solid bossam spot near Sindorim! It's also a great stop if you're grocery shopping at Homeplus nearby 🫶🏻
