A cozy, hideaway-like interior

Since this is primarily a takeaway-focused shop, the interior isn't huge, but it has 3 indoor tables for chatting over bread and a charming little outdoor terrace. It's the perfect cozy spot to stop by during a neighborhood walk for coffee and bread.

What I really liked was the open kitchen setup on one side of the shop, where you can watch the dough being kneaded and the salt bread made by hand — it felt much more hygienic and trustworthy seeing the process up close.

Looking at the cute little signs and notes placed around the shop, you could really feel how much love the owner puts into every single salt bread.

On top of that, the packaging and bags are so colorful and charming that they'd make a lovely light gift for friends or family!

Garlic salt bread

Fresh right out of the oven, this was the textbook definition of crispy outside, soft inside! The rich, savory-sweet punch of garlic baguette flavor, combined with salty buttery aroma, burst generously through every bite — I couldn't help but be impressed. If you're a fan of garlic bread and salt bread, this is a guaranteed hit.

Castella salt bread

This one takes the familiar soft, sweet comfort of castella and adds salty seasoning plus the feather-light texture of salt bread. It's the textbook definition of sweet-and-salty done right — the flavor you already know hits even harder here.

Pollock roe salt bread

The moment I took a bite, I understood exactly why it's marked 'Spicy' on the menu! The pollock roe sauce stuffed inside is spicy with a strong savory depth (umami) — not greasy at all, and irresistibly addictive. Highly recommended if you love spicy food!
