Cheonan café with 30-min free parking and vanilla blanc: Brewers
In short
Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a French-style baked goods café in the Sinbu-dong food alley of Cheonan, Chungnam. The vanilla blanc, matcha canelé, salted caramel financier and an iced americano made with Table Talk beans all travelled well as takeout, and the three pastries each had a completely different texture. The Sinbu 4 public parking lot directly in front of Brewers Coffee gives the first 30 minutes free, so driving there is easy.

I was hunting for a good dessert café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, and ended up at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch! Along with coffee, they have a wide range of baked treats — financiers, canelés, flans and more — so it's a great stop for anyone who loves dessert.

Where is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, and where do you park?
Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is located at 20 Meokgeori9-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, right in the Sinbu-dong food alley. There's a Sinbu 4 public parking lot right in front of the store, so you can park and walk straight in.

Sinbu-dong isn't the easiest place to park, so having a public lot right outside was really convenient.
The public parking lot gives you the first 30 minutes free, so it's worth knowing if you're coming by car!

Black exterior and vintage interior of Brewers Coffee
The Brewers Coffee exterior is all black overall, so it really caught my eye as I walked by. Rather than a flashy sign, it has a simple, sleek feel.

Step inside and it's a completely different mood from the outside! White walls, wood tables, vintage chairs, and frames and decor covering the walls all came together for a vintage European café feel.

There were quite a lot of customers when I visited, but tables are spread throughout the space and there are window seats too, so there were more seating options than I expected.

With frames and posters filling the walls especially, any direction you shoot captures Brewers Coffee's signature vibe pretty well :)

Outdoor seating and the photo booth
If you go further inside Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, there's an outdoor space too.

Black chairs are placed throughout, giving off a mood quite different from the interior. On a cool day, having a coffee outside would be lovely.

There's also a BREWERS COFFEE photo booth on one side, so it's a nice spot to snap a memory while you're at it. 📸

Baked goods showcase and coffee menu at Brewers Coffee
The first thing that caught my eye walking into Brewers Coffee was, of course, the dessert showcase! From flan to madeleines, financiers and canelés, there was quite a wide variety on display.

Brewers Coffee makes its French-style baked goods and bakery items fresh every morning, so it's an especially good café for anyone who loves baked treats.

The coffee menu ranged from the basics — americano, flat white, latte, cappuccino — to signature drinks. I especially liked that you could choose your beans among Table Talk, Queen's, or Decaf to suit your taste.
What was ordered at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch
- Vanilla blanc
- Salted caramel financier
- Matcha canelé
- Iced americano (Table Talk)
This is what I picked and ordered to take out :)

Takeout packaging and to-go cups
The Brewers Coffee desserts came in their own dedicated packaging — black and clean, which made it pretty too.

The to-go cup was also black with the Brewers Coffee logo on it, matching the store's vibe nicely.

The desserts were individually wrapped, so I gathered them together to eat. All three had completely different flavors and textures, so I was glad I picked all of them haha. Eating one at a time with sips of americano in between made for a great combo.

How the vanilla blanc, matcha canelé and salted caramel financier tasted
Vanilla blanc
First up, the vanilla blanc, which caught my eye visually right away out of the three! The outside has visible layers, crisp and nutty, while the center is soft and sweet — so you get a crunchy shell and moist filling in one bite. This was my personal favorite of the three 😊

Matcha canelé
As a matcha lover, this one was a must — the matcha canelé 💚 The outside has that characteristic firm, chewy canelé texture, and the slightly bitter matcha flavor kept it from being just plain sweet, which I liked. Worth picking if you're a matcha fan!

Salted caramel financier
Last was Brewers Coffee's salted caramel financier! One bite brings caramel sweetness, and every so often a salty note cuts the sweetness, so I kept reaching for more. Apparently the salted caramel financier is actually one of Brewers Coffee's popular items.
Is Brewers Coffee worth a stop as a dessert café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan?
Brewers Coffee has such a wide variety of desserts — financiers, canelés, madeleines, flan and more — that it'd be great for a group to visit and split a few different items, and since takeout is available, it's also fine just to grab some baked goods to go.
Above all, it's not far from Cheonan Terminal or Shinsegae Department Store, and having a public parking lot right outside made it easy to get to. If you're looking for a good-vibe café or dessert spot in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, give Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch a try :)
