Fresh pasta radiatori & Margherita, Gangnam Italian: Mano di Chef

Today I went to Mano di Chef Gangnam, a great pick whenever you want to eat somewhere in Gangnam with real atmosphere! Mano di Chef is such a well-known Italian restaurant that I'd heard the name for ages, and now that I've actually been, the food and the vibe were both so good I had to bring you this recommendation.

It's within a 10-minute walk from both Yeoksam Station and Gangnam Station, so even a low-stamina human like me could manage it fine.

We came after 1pm so it wasn't super crowded, probably because the hall is so spacious haha. If the hall gets busy, you can just use the call bell.

They label the origin of every ingredient so you can eat with peace of mind! Domestic Korean beef, no less! Crazy good~

The chandelier-lit hall and seating at Mano di Chef Gangnam

Walking in further, there's a chandelier,, what even,, the atmosphere,, what even,,!! For someone like me who always eats gukbap (Korean soup with rice), this felt way too classy,,!

They also seated us at the best spot, which was so nice haha.

The table setting was so clean too, which just put me in a great mood~

They also have baby chairs ready, so you can eat comfortably even if you bring little ones!

What's on the menu at Mano di Chef Gangnam?

Now let's look at the most important part: the menu.

The menu is honestly so varied. From steak to pasta, pizza, risotto, to gnocchi, so if you bring a bunch of friends, everyone can pick what they want and share. Since it was just me and my friend, we decided to order just two mains!!! We got the burrata & Bolognese radiatori (fresh pasta) and a Margherita pizza haha. I was super curious about the fresh pasta, and I just love pizza so heh heh.

The moment the food arrived, it looked so delicious I immediately went into photo mode. It was seriously so cute visually, and splitting open the burrata for that first bite,, so good. I want it again..

The pizza was seriously huge, and the crust was so chewy,,? Chewy chewy chewy, so delicious,, we kept saying it'd be great if this place were right by our house,,.

Would you believe the two of us finished all of this,,? We were both hungry for sure, but I didn't expect us to actually clean the plates,., so chewy chewy, want it again.

Private rooms for group dinners and family meetings

The rooms are so well set up that this could work for family gatherings, company dinners, or even a sangyeonrye (formal meeting between two families before a wedding). The atmosphere is so nice everyone would probably love it.

Next time I want to come back and try another pasta or a gnocchi dish haha.

Final verdict on Mano di Chef Gangnam

Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is great, just 10 minutes from Gangnam Station, and while there are plenty of places to eat around Gangnam Station, I hadn't found one I liked this much before! Definitely coming back with friends again, heh heh heh.
