Taqueros Magok location and visitor information

It is on the second floor of Magok GMG Tower, Room 202, 16 Magokjungang 6-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and parking is available. It is open daily from 11:30 to 21:30, with a break from 15:00 to 17:00 except on weekends. Last orders are from 14:00 to 20:30, and it is regularly closed every Monday. Naver reservations and corkage are available, too.

An interior with posters and bar seating

Exactly the vibe I imagined for a great taco spot! Taqueros was filled with posters, with slightly dim lighting and plenty of cool atmosphere. There are bar seats, so it seems nice for a quick drink, and there are plenty of four-person and group tables too—great for get-togethers, work dinners, or family meals.

Ordering from the set menu

Among all the options, the set menus caught my eye. I was wondering what to have, but there was a set that was easy to order according to the number of people, so I ordered one right away. You can order individual dishes too, so adding more is possible, and they sell a variety of drinks as well—people who enjoy alcohol will probably love it.

The couple set and extras I ordered

• Taqueros Signature Couple Set for 2: ₩56,000 (fajitas or pork ribs + 2 tacos)
• Orange ade: ₩3,500
• Extra guacamole: ₩3,000

Nacho cheese sauce and orange ade

Nachos arrive as soon as you sit down. I thought they would be standard, ordinary nachos, but the sauce was so good!! It was a sauce made with a few added ingredients, and its slightly spicy flavor was addictive. It was a cheese sauce that went so well with the nachos.

I added a drink. I ordered the orange ade, and it was a real orange ade packed with orange juice!!

What comes with the fajitas?

For the set, you can choose between fajitas and pork ribs, and I went with the fajitas. I always end up choosing fajitas when I am torn between the two, because wrapping up all the different ingredients is so fun.

There are four kinds: ground meat, pulled pork, chicken, and shrimp. I tried each one on its own, and yes, this is it!!! Tacos have that slightly intense flavor that gets your dopamine going after a bite. This is the taste!!

There is rice underneath the chicken, and this was ridiculously good too. It felt a bit like chicken over rice, so I enjoyed it even more than I expected.

And then, the sauces. All of the sauces except guacamole can be refilled. I wanted lots of guacamole, so I added more, haha. But I recommend adding it!!! Tacos taste best with lots of guacamole.

These Taqueros fajitas can be put together exactly how you like.

A little personal tip!! At places like Taqueros that give you nachos, do not finish them all. Save some, then crush them into your taco like this. The texture gets better, the flavor gets better, and it becomes insanely delicious.

Fish taco versus crispy chicken taco

You get one fish taco and one crispy chicken taco. They are bigger and thicker than I expected.

Both had a slightly bold flavor while still tasting properly like tacos, but especially the fish taco!!!! Why was it so delicious? Honestly, fish beating chicken? That is usually hard to imagine, right? But it can happen~~

The chicken taco was tasty too, but the fish taco had its own softness and crunch, so it was really delicious!!! Normally chicken would have won by a landslide, but this time fish won by a landslide!!

There was more food than I expected, so I was full, but it was so good that I did not want to leave any behind, and I finished it all at Taqueros. The atmosphere was great, the staff were sooooo kind, and it was a place with variety and great flavor too.
