Incheon outlet café ice cream: choco shell soft serve at Wunder Coffee
In short
Wunder Coffee Bar Hyundai Premium Outlet Songdo Branch is a coffee and soft-serve café in the B1 food court of Songdo Hyundai Premium Outlet in Yeonsu, Incheon. Instead of the half-and-half cup, the order here was one hojicha soft serve and one vanilla soft serve, with a 1,000 won choco shell added to the vanilla. The hojicha is bitter and toasty enough for anyone who dislikes sweet desserts, and the choco shell vanilla is fun to crack open, making Wunder Coffee Bar a solid after-meal dessert stop.

If you're planning a long weekend stay, also consider the Triple Street parking lot right next door!!

I'm Doobi, a travel blogger! ✈️ Whenever I'm wandering around the Songdo outlet and get a craving, I end up buying ice cream! There are quite a few places selling ice cream inside the outlet, but this time I tried Wunder Coffee Bar 😊 Since there's a parking lot in the building, if you drove, be sure to ask the counter staff to register your parking when you order!

Since it's located in the food court, it's a great spot to grab coffee or ice cream after lunch or dinner. I bought two single-flavor ice creams, but if you order a set menu with coffee included, you get a small discount — so if you want to enjoy both coffee and ice cream, the set menu is the way to go!
Ordering two soft serve cups: hojicha and vanilla
Soft serve — hojicha flavor + vanilla flavor

Wunder Coffee Bar is known for its espresso and signature coffee menu, but the must-try item when you visit is the soft-serve ice cream! Looking at the menu, there was a half-and-half option that lets you try both vanilla and hojicha at once. I considered getting the half-and-half but ended up ordering them separately — one hojicha, one vanilla. I even added a choco shell to the vanilla. Just a note that the choco shell add-on costs +₩1,000!
How does the hojicha soft serve taste?

The hojicha (roasted green tea) ice cream had a lovely toasty flavor! I'd had it at Osulloc in Jeju, so it was nice to be able to get it here too. It wasn't too sweet — slightly bitter with its own distinct character, so even people who don't like sweet things can enjoy it without hesitation! I actually think the toasty, mellow flavor of hojicha beats matcha or green tea. Apparently hojicha is made by roasting green tea leaves an extra time!
Vanilla soft serve with the 1,000 won choco shell

Classic vanilla ice cream! With the chocolate topping poured on, it reminded me of McDonald's choco shell ice cream. When you pour chocolate over cold ice cream, it hardens into a crisp shell — really satisfying. There's no spoon provided, so it's fun to crack the choco shell with your mouth!
Is Wunder Coffee Bar worth a dessert stop at the Songdo outlet?
👍 Since it's inside the Songdo Hyundai Premium Outlet, it's a great stop for dessert after a meal. Adding the choco shell to the vanilla feels like a must! The hojicha ice cream is also highly recommended — if you want something to cleanse your palate with ice cream, I'd recommend Wunder Coffee Bar!
