Today I went on a Seorae Village bread tour and stopped by Remangdore, famous for its baked treats and croissants! I'd been curious about it because of the financiers and madeleines, but once I got there I found the bakery lineup was way more varied than expected — croissants, baguettes, even country sourdough. If you're looking for a Seorae Village bread tour spot or a dessert hotspot, let me walk you through Remangdore Seorae Village Branch in detail!

Remangdore Seorae Village Branch sits right in front of Parc de Paris 15e! The exterior already has serious Parisian vibes and fit the Seorae Village atmosphere perfectly — and with the weather being so nice, I was excited before I even walked in haha.

Since there's a park right in front of the cafe, it's great for a light stroll after your bread and coffee! It'd make a nice Seorae Village date course on a sunny day.
Inside Remangdore: seating, outlets and no wifi
Inside, Remangdore Seorae Village Branch has a French interior with red as the accent color. There's more seating variety than expected, and there's an outlet at the two-seat tables, but no wifi is provided.

The interior with its red accent color against a French backdrop was so pretty! Wood-tone furniture plus warm lighting made it feel cozy, and the big windows let in plenty of sunlight, making it a great spot to relax in the afternoon. There was more seating variety than I expected, and the two-seat tables even had an outlet!
⚠️ One thing though — Remangdore Seorae Village Branch doesn't provide wifi! If you're planning to work on a laptop, a hotspot is a must. I didn't know this beforehand and was a bit caught off guard, so if you're visiting to study or work, keep this in mind!

There's also an outdoor terrace on one side! On nice-weather days like these, having coffee and bread on the terrace seemed like it'd be lovely haha.

Sweet pumpkin cream cheese country bread: filling enough for a meal
Remangdore's pumpkin cream cheese sourdough (₩6,300) was picked almost as an afterthought but turned out to be the tastiest thing I had. Packed with sweet pumpkin and cream cheese inside, it was filling enough to work as a simple meal with coffee.

First up, the pumpkin cream cheese sourdough I picked almost as a stand-in for a meal! Honestly I came for the baked treats and grabbed this without much thought, but it was genuinely delicious ㅠㅠ Packed inside with pumpkin and cream cheese — the pumpkin sweet and moist, the cream cheese thick and a little salty, an amazing combo 🤤 It was so packed inside that eating it with coffee felt like a pretty solid light meal haha.
How the Maldon salt chocolate financier and chocolate madeleine tasted
Remangdore's Maldon salt chocolate financier (₩3,700) had a strong butter aroma with the salt as the highlight, which made the chocolate sweetness pop even more. The chocolate madeleine was moist and soft, not too sweet.

And now the baked treats I was most curious about! The Maldon salt chocolate financier had a strong butter aroma and the chocolate tasted premium — so good 🤤 With the salt as an accent, the sweetness felt even more pronounced! The chocolate madeleine had a moist, soft texture and wasn't too sweet! Trying both the financier and the madeleine, I understood why Remangdore's baked treats are so famous haha.
Worth adding to a Seorae Village bakery tour?
I'd been curious about Remangdore for its famous baked treats, but once I actually visited, the bakery variety made it a great stop on a Seorae Village bread tour! It opens daily at 8am, and with Parc de Paris 15e right in front, it's also perfect for coffee, bread, and a stroll afterward haha.
There's no wifi, but that actually makes it a quiet, comfortable spot for sipping coffee or reading, so next time I'm thinking of bringing a book back here. If you're on a Seoul bread pilgrimage or looking for a Seorae Village bakery or dessert spot, give it a visit~! haha
