Where is Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi in Incheon?
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi is an all-you-can-eat aged tuna restaurant in the Tojigeumgo food alley of Yongsan-dong, Incheon. Any Incheon local knows 'Tojigeumgo' — it's a famous food alley packed with long-running, historic local restaurants, and there are truly, truly a lot of good places to eat around here.

The tuna restaurant of Tojigeumgo in Yongsan-dong!! Even an all-you-can-eat tuna restaurant!!! I visited Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi, a great value spot in Yongsan-dong.

Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi goes through its own special aging process — apparently tuna that's been through this aging comes out even more savory, with deeper flavor!!
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi opening hours and closed days
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi is open Mon–Sat 15:30–23:30 (last order 23:00), and Sunday 17:00–22:00 (last order 21:30). It's regularly closed on the 1st and 4th Sunday of each month, so keep that in mind when planning a visit :-)

Counter seats or a table: which is better?
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi has a variety of seating, good for all kinds of gatherings. For 1 or 2 people who want counter (dachi) seats, you can watch the tuna being cut right in front of you as you eat, while table seats make for a more relaxed atmosphere for chatting — each type of seat has its own charm :-)

Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi menu and prices
The all-you-can-eat menu at Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi is divided by cut and by price range, so it was easy to pick comfortably within whatever budget you want!!

The all-you-can-eat menu is super popular, but if you're already full or just want a lighter set meal instead of unlimited refills, you can also choose from the 'set meal' options!!
For sides, there's grilled tuna, braised tuna, tuna soup, udon, fried shrimp, and gim-maki (seaweed roll), so it's great to pair these alongside the main event. 👍🏻
And there's also sake, which really goes well with tuna!! This time we had it with Sen 300! ☺️
What comes with the 'Royal' all-you-can-eat set for two?
At Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi, we ordered the 'Royal' from the all-you-can-eat menu, for two people.

After ordering the all-you-can-eat menu, the basic side dishes (banchan) were set up! The lineup of basic sides was neat and tidy, and there was nothing lacking — a really solid spread.

This basic side dish with seafood in it was also really delicious.

The 'all-you-can-eat Royal' menu was listed as belly 30%, head meat 30%, lean meat 40% — and since even within each cut there's such a wide range of textures and flavors, it's genuinely a treat for both the mouth and the eyes. 😌

The owner brought it out personally and explained, "Dip this one in the sesame oil sauce, and dip the rest in soy sauce." Thanks to that, even someone trying tuna for the first time can know which cut is which and savor it properly!!

The size and thickness of the cuts were sliced generously and appetizingly, and the moment you bite in, you can really feel the deep flavor and the difference in texture between cuts — my mouth was having a great time.

Aged tuna with sake Sen 300
This was my first time trying Sen 300 sake — it's such a good size for drinking lightly without feeling like a burden, and the price is easy on the wallet too, plus the taste was smooth and really nice! 😌
Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi brings out a really diverse spread from the very first plate, and even the basic dishes that come out along the way are done really well.

The ginkgo nuts were really delicious, and the udon was clean-tasting and really good too!

How do the tuna refills work?
To think you can eat tuna all-you-can-eat at this good a price at Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi!!

If you tell them you want more tuna, they keep piling different cuts onto your plate one after another!! 👍🏻
Because it's aged tuna, the flavor is deeper and softer, melting in your mouth. It's not the least bit greasy — light and clean — and with so many different cuts to try, I never got tired of it!

Such a solid, generous all-you-can-eat spread at Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi!

They also gave us tuna soup and fried tuna, so we could enjoy the tuna at a leisurely pace, eating them alongside it.

The fried dishes at Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi were also really clean and tasty. It really feels like they use clean oil!
And then braised tuna and grilled tuna too!! Really generous, right?

Why Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi is great value in Yonghyeon-dong
I really want to recommend Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi as a great value restaurant in Yongsan-dong.

A raw fish restaurant, a sashimi restaurant, a tuna sashimi restaurant, a tuna restaurant, a great-value restaurant in Yongsan-dong where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat aged tuna across so many cuts at a genuinely good price — Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi 💖

That was my honest review of Donggyeong Sukseong Chamchi :-)
