Brick interiors and private seating on each floor 🌿
The moment I stepped into Bakerist Brown, the warm, vintage feel of the brick interior hit me, and my anticipation shot up right from the entrance.

There were tasteful little props scattered throughout, plus an open dresser display, so browsing around was genuinely fun too ~~📸
This place is a large space running from the basement all the way to the third floor, and each floor has a slightly different mood.

The 2nd floor is all white tones filled with natural light, so it's perfect for photos, and the 3rd floor has large tables that looked great for gatherings or getting work done.

But since I came during the busiest weekend lunch hour, I was genuinely shocked to see not a single empty seat all the way up to the 3rd floor 🙌🏻

Definitely lives up to its reputation as a top Gangnam café hotspot!

Salted cream coffee and cookie sand: the sweet-and-salty pairing 🍪☕

That day I ordered the signature drink, salted cream coffee, along with a sweet, crunchy cookie sand!!

The cookie sand had generous, richly flavored cream packed between crisp, thick cookies — the kind of taste that made me smile with every bite 😋

The nutty texture of the cookie paired perfectly with the cream — a total match made in heaven.

Taking a bite of that crisp, sweet cookie sand and following it with a sip of the salty-yet-smooth salted cream coffee was the textbook definition of sweet-and-salty perfection 🍪☕

The drink quality was excellent too — this place is easily a standout dessert spot near Sinnonhyeon Station.
