Changwon hair salon C-curl perm and repair: Vivienne Hair

Three years after giving birth, I visited Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch (비비엔느헤어 창원상남점) for a perm. I wanted natural C-curls that would be easy to style, and because I was also concerned about my dry, rough hair, I received a clinic treatment as well. This service was sponsored.

Where is the salon, and how do reservations and parking work?

The salon is at 201, 2F, 23 Danjeong-ro, Seongsan-gu, Changwon, Gyeongnam, South Korea. The hours listed in the original post were 10:00–21:00, and it operates through Naver Booking.

You can use the Moise Building underground parking lot, though the space is somewhat limited. The information said that if you park at Real Parking, about 130 m away, and show your parking ticket, same-day service customers receive 2 hours of support. Cuts, blow-dries, and down perms are excluded. My full service took 3 hours 30 minutes, which was longer than the parking support time.

What was the salon atmosphere like?

The salon on the second floor was spacious and filled with natural light. Even looking around from my seat during the service, it felt open.

How much were the C-curl perm and clinic treatment?

The listed prices for my services were ₩110,000 for the Objet perm and ₩77,000 for A. Yoon Chae Repair. At the time of my visit, I was told they were fixed prices with no extra charge for hair length. With my long hair, I appreciated knowing the cost in advance.

How did we discuss my hair condition and desired style?

Before giving birth, I had naturally straight hair and had never had it chemically straightened. After giving birth, I lost a lot of hair, and as it grew back it felt somewhat wavy. Apart from haircuts, I had not been able to do much care, and I was concerned that my hair would not settle the way I wanted.

During the consultation, I said I wanted a natural style that would not be difficult to manage while caring for a child. The designer looked at the difference in hair volume on each side, my face shape, and my current hair condition, then explained a suitable direction. We decided to shape it with a layered cut, then add C-curls with the clinic treatment and Objet perm.

How long did the layered cut and C-curl perm take?

The full service took 3 hours 30 minutes. First, the split and damaged ends were trimmed and layers were cut in. The cut considered my face shape, hair volume, and parting, and this step alone took nearly an hour. Even after just the cut, my hair looked much neater.

How did the A. Yoon Chae Repair Clinic treatment proceed?

After the cut, I received the A. Yoon Chae Repair Clinic treatment for about an hour. It had three steps, and products were reapplied during the process while the level of absorption was checked.

• R1: I was told this was a care step for moisture and hydration.
• R2: I was told this was a step for protein replenishment and elasticity care.
• R3: I was told this was a cuticle-care step to add elasticity and shine.

What did they check during the Objet perm?

After the clinic treatment and a light rinse, the perm began. Even after I was connected to the machine, the rods were checked one by one and my progress was monitored. While waiting, I had snacks and chatted.

The designer explained that the Objet perm is a perm focused on reducing hair damage. The service finished with shampooing and final styling after the perm.

How were the finished C-curls and my hair about a week later?

The C-curls came out with the light, tidy look I wanted. I liked the natural curls, but I was especially pleased with how much shinier my hair felt than before the service.

Because the black gown seemed to make the cut and curls less visible, I slightly adjusted the brightness of some result photos.

Comparing before and after made the difference in the tidier look feel even greater. I also received additional care products after the service.

When I wrote the original post, it had been about a week since the perm. I could dry my hair easily at home, and its shine and soft, flowing feel remained even without applying essence separately. I liked the consultation that considered my hair condition and the natural result, so I wanted to return.
