The inside of Olla Poke Seocho Gyodae Branch was way more spacious than I expected. There are phone stands and the atmosphere is calm, so it's perfect for a solo meal while dieting.

Olla Poke's menu ranges from poke to soups, salads, even pizza!! It works for dieting as well as casual drinks or a group dinner, so it's good to come here for all kinds of occasions haha

The smoked duck poke is ₩11,000, and since Olla Poke starts cooking the moment you order, I got to hear the smoked duck sizzling on the grill in real time while I waited — and the visual when it arrived was no joke >< The portion is also incredibly generous and hearty!!
Drizzled with the recommended teriyaki sauce, it barely tastes like diet poke at all — it's that feeling of great nutrition without sacrificing flavor!!
You can pick your base from pasta, rice, or salad, and I went half rice half salad — it was perfect! Crisp, fresh vegetables combined with the meat and rice, so I basically scraped the bowl clean, it was that good haha
How spicy is the buldak salmon kkakdugi side, 8,000 won?
The side dish I ordered, buldak salmon kkakdugi, is ₩8,000!! It was way spicier and tastier than I expected, and I was surprised by how good the quality of the salmon was. The salmon itself tasted almost like something from a proper sashimi restaurant, ugh so good.
((Next time I need to try the salmon poke.)) It's loaded with flying fish roe and plenty of buldak sauce on top, so it'll be quite spicy if you can't handle heat. I love buldak flavors, so it was just the right amount of spicy for me!
