I visited Olla Poke Seocho Gyodae Branch. Poke bowls are nice because they can be light or, depending on the toppings, filling enough for a proper meal — perfect for a workday lunch.

How to leave out toppings you don't like

The kiosk has an option to remove default toppings. If any of the default ingredients aren't to your taste, just leave them out! Red onion, corn, radish pickle, pineapple, seaweed, lentils, chickpeas, furikake, crispy onion — all removable.

With steak piled on top of fresh vegetables and grains, it made for a satisfying one-bowl meal, and eating the meat together with the vegetables felt hearty! I left out the seaweed, and being able to adjust the ingredients to your liking seems like one of Olla Poke's real strengths.
