The meat, full of that charcoal smokiness, is meant to be dipped generously into the bun cha sauce!

Wow... truly delicious 🤤 The plump meat with its smoky char, the soft noodles, and the deeply savory sauce all come together perfectly.

Banh xeo, wrapped in rice paper like Vietnamese ssam

Banh xeo comes with rice paper, so you put it with lettuce into the rice paper and wrap it up Vietnamese-style 😋

I stuffed the banh xeo in generously and rolled it up nice and full +_+

You've got to dip it thoroughly in the sauce!! Wow, this is truly a special dish 🤤❤️ Nutty, great texture, and incredibly delicious.
