Hi, I'm Hyoje-i, mom of two daughters :) You know those days in Chilgok 3-jigu when you finish dinner and just want to keep talking over coffee? But so many cafés close early at night, and when you're with a group, seats can feel too tight.
This time I visited Pascucci Daegu Chilgok3jigu-jeom. It's right in the center of Chilgok 3-jigu, the store is quite spacious, and it stays open late — great for a stop after a meal, so I wanted to share it for anyone looking for a café in Chilgok 3-jigu.
Where Pascucci Chilgok 3-jigu is and when it opens
📍 Pascucci Daegu Chilgok3jigu-jeom sits in the main commercial area of Chilgok 3-jigu in Dongcheon-dong, Buk-gu, Daegu, and it's fairly close to Palgeo Station. 🕘 Hours are Sunday–Thursday 10:00–24:00, and Friday–Saturday 10:00–2:00 the next day.
Especially on Fridays and Saturdays, it's open until 2am, which is great if you're looking for a late-night café in Chilgok 3-jigu. Handy for chatting late with friends, or on nights when going straight home after dinner just feels too early 🙏
Parking at Pascucci Chilgok 3-jigu
If you're driving, there's parking for about 3–4 cars right in front of Pascucci Daegu Chilgok3jigu-jeom. If that's full, you can use the Sinjeong paid parking lot for 1 hour free, or the public parking lot across the pedestrian overpass.
Chilgok 3-jigu itself gets a lot of car traffic, so it helps to know the parking options before you go!!

Walking through the main shopping area of Chilgok 3-jigu, the big PASCUCCI sign made it easy to spot. The whole front is floor-to-ceiling glass, so you can see the interior clearly from outside. Even before going in, I could tell the store was bigger than expected. Visiting in the evening, with the lights on, the exterior looked clean and eye-catching.
Inside the 65-pyeong café: how the seating feels
Pascucci Daegu Chilgok3jigu-jeom is said to be about 65 pyeong, and the tables aren't packed tightly together — there's a relatively comfortable amount of space between seats.
There's everything from 2-seat tables to sofa seating and spots for larger groups, so it seemed comfortable whether you're grabbing coffee alone, coming with a friend or partner, or visiting as a family or group.

Heading to the counter to order, the dessert display case was pretty packed. There were plenty of desserts that pair well with coffee — slice cakes, tiramisu, crepe cake — and gelato was displayed separately on the side.
Besides cake, there were lighter options too — Biscoff, granola, crunchy snacks — so there were plenty of choices to go with a drink. You know that feeling after dinner when you're full but still craving something sweet, haha. I ended up standing in front of the display case for a long while. Hahaha 🥹🥹🔥
How the black sesame latte and cream choux tasted
We also tried a cream-filled choux dessert along with our drinks that day. The black sesame latte had a strong, nutty black sesame flavor upfront, backed by the smoothness of the milk. It wasn't just sweet — the nuttiness of the black sesame really came through, so anyone who likes nutty drinks would enjoy it without feeling overwhelmed. Even as the ice melted and the taste softened a bit, the black sesame flavor didn't get buried, so it was good to drink all the way to the end 🥹
The cream inside was cold and sweet, which paired well with the coffee. The nutty choux pastry on the outside and the cool cream on the inside came together for a burst of sweetness — a great little dessert after a meal!!

The kids had yogurt gelato and chocolate gelato, and they disappeared in no time!! I tried a bite too — rich and delicious!
