Ordering clam kalguksu and meat dumplings
Here is the menu! I ordered one serving of clam kalguksu and one serving of meat dumplings.

You can refer to the cooking instructions!

I loved that even a single serving of clam kalguksu came in a big pot so I could cook it myself! Barley rice also comes with a kalguksu order.

I also liked that they served bottled water; if you need more, you can help yourself from the water dispenser. ^^

I served myself as much geotjeori (fresh kimchi) as I could eat.

Two sandglasses, six minutes of cooking
Once it comes to a rolling boil, add the noodles. Then stir them, close the lid, and eat after two turns of the sandglass—6 minutes! ^^

I cooked it up deliciously.

My neat little spread is all set. Haha.

A full pot even when dining alone
A close-up of one serving of clam kalguksu—haha! I loved that they served it in a pot even when I came alone! Meat dumplings are always right. Haha.

The kalguksu suited my taste perfectly, which I loved.

The meat dumplings were so delicious.

I was so happy eating the kalguksu with clams and shrimp—haha! The barley rice served as an appetizer was also absolutely heavenly when I tucked in. ^^ Haha.

After enjoying my meal, I took a photo of the empty bowls.
Why I want to return next time
BMI 29 me happily ate one serving each of clam kalguksu and meat dumplings at Jakdong Hongdukkkae Kalguksu Bucheon Main Branch! It was delicious, so I plan to revisit next time!
The staff were also so kind, which I really appreciated. Everyone wore head coverings, so I liked that they seemed to care about hygiene too! The most basic flavors are the best, making me even happier. ^^ It would be great for a gathering or company dinner, and it would also be nice to come for a hangover cure the next day!
