Today I'm introducing 'Jeongjik Farm Flower,' a 24-hour flower shop in Dongtan/Byeongjeom!! I'm the kind of person who thinks birthdays and Parents' Day just need flowers, so I'm always hunting for a pretty flower shop when those days come around. I didn't know there was a shop like this nearby, but the reviews were so good that I got even more excited.

It's open 24 hours a day, every day, with a well-set-up unmanned system, so you can buy or pick up flowers anytime. There were ready-made bouquets in different price ranges, so it was easy to shop even late at night or early in the morning.

How to get into Jeongjik Farm Flower's staff-free shop

Outside the shop, the entry instructions are posted in detail. Tag a credit card, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay at the reader next to the door and it opens; to leave, just press the switch beside the door.

The instructions were detailed enough that getting in was no trouble at all. They're written in other languages too — the owner told me that lately many customers come from Japan, China, Canada, the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Thailand and Muslim-majority countries, and the number of regulars from those countries keeps growing. ^^

As you can see in the footage, the store itself felt incredibly abundant, I'd say — so many different flowers, like there was nothing missing. There was so much to look at that just browsing was fun. The ceiling decor was pretty too, and I was surprised to hear the owner had decorated it all herself.

Preserved flowers that never wilt

Jeongjik Farm Flower had a wide variety of preserved fresh flowers that don't wilt. Preserved flowers are real flowers that last up to three years, so I'd recommend them to anyone who hates watching a bouquet wilt and wants to keep it a long time.

They're arranged into pretty bouquets and come as a set with a paper gift bag. It seems like a great choice for anyone who wants to keep flowers long-term but doesn't want artificial ones, or who wants to gift something special. ^^

The mini preserved bouquets were so cute and lovely too~~ They're apparently popular with couples since they make an easy, not-too-heavy gift.

Potted and hanging plants

The right side of the shop's interior was full of potted plants. I personally love potted plants, so my eyes kept wandering over there. There were so many I liked that I mentally bookmarked several. 😍

Artificial flower bouquets

Next to the potted plants were artificial flower bouquets, and I was surprised by the quality. At a glance they look like real bouquets.

I'd been thinking of buying artificial tulips as an interior decor piece, so I bookmarked this one too, planning to buy it on a future visit~~

Inside the fresh flower fridge

The preserved flowers, artificial flowers and potted plants were all lovely, but the real highlight was the fresh flowers!!

The fresh flowers are kept inside a flower fridge. If you've pre-ordered a bouquet or basket, you can pick it up straight from here.

The flowers were so varied and colorful, and even looking closely at each one, they were fresh without a bruise on them.

The roses in particular had very thick stems. She's clearly stocked flowers that stay fresh a long time rather than wilting quickly. The owner's mindset of keeping even a single stem fresh as long as possible ^^ — top marks!

How to buy fresh flowers with no staff on site

To buy fresh flowers at Jeongjik Farm Flower, take the flowers out of the fridge, bucket and all, then use the scissors nearby to trim the stem ends. Dry off the water with the towel, then pay the amount at the mini kiosk by the entrance — done!! It's simpler and more convenient than you'd think.

Instructions are posted everywhere in detail so it's not difficult at all ^^ Please put the scissors and towel back for the next person~

What I was most curious about was how to handle the water, and that was explained in detail too. Put a paper towel in a cup and pour in enough water to soak it. Then hold the whole base of the bouquet stems and put it into the cup — done!

Right below that are the packaging bags — they're free, so take as many as match the quantity you bought~ The bags sold separately can be paid for at the kiosk, but they said they're given free with a Naver receipt review, so definitely try that ^^

A memo card is a must for a bouquet! I liked that the memo cards had pretty designs too~~

If writing your own letter or note feels like too much, I'd recommend the ready-made printed memo cards!! Checkout is simple — bring what you're buying to the mini kiosk and pay, done!!

The pink rose basket ordered for my mother-in-law's birthday

Since it was my mother-in-law's birthday, I considered a bouquet, but decided to order something a bit more special this time — a more elegant flower basket.

The main flowers were pink roses, yellow mini roses and lisianthus, with filler flowers of celosia, senecio cineraria, calla mums and blue globe amaranth — she put together a beautiful arrangement with them!!

The basket had great color overall and, with so many different flowers used, felt even fuller.~~

I could really feel how much care the owner put into it, and with 19 years of experience it clearly showed — quick hands and a meticulous finish! The best! She also told me to give the basket about a cup of water every day to keep it fresh longer, and I passed that along to my mother-in-law exactly as she said. ^^

Is Jeongjik Farm Flower worth a late-night visit?

This was my first time using 'Jeongjik Farm Flower,' a flower shop in Dongtan/Byeongjeom, and I was so satisfied that I think I'll be a regular from now on! From now on, even a single stem of flowers, it's Jeongjik Farm Flower for me ~~

Thanks to the basket, my mother-in-law's birthday turned into an even happier, more joyful occasion ~~ She really loved it, which made me happy too!!

I also learned that the owner of Jeongjik Farm Flower donates a portion of the shop's earnings to support children. Knowing how hard that must be makes it all the more admirable.
