Gijang family restaurant for Caesar salad after outlet shopping: Bueokgan
In short
Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is a family restaurant in Gijang, Busan. We filled up on pizza, carbonara, abalone cream risotto, and baby napa cabbage Caesar salad with the kids. Bueokgan is a place I would happily revisit for a family meal after shopping.

A family Italian meal at Gijang Premium Outlets
Gijang Premium Outlets! Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is a great lunch spot inside the outlet with excellent Italian-style dishes. Whenever we go outlet shopping, we naturally end up dining at Bueokgan for tasty pizza, pasta, salads, and more. It is a family restaurant both kids and adults enjoy, so we always leave satisfied.

A great Gijang lunch spot: Bueokgan family restaurant has excellent pizza and Italian dishes.
Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is such a frequent Gijang lunch stop for us that I have honestly lost count of our return visits.
Hours are 10:30–20:30 Monday through Thursday and 10:30–21:00 Friday through Sunday.

It is directly across from the Daiso building, so just walk straight in from the front of that building.

An antique atmosphere on the outlet shopping route
As you would expect from a great Italian restaurant in Gijang, the atmosphere is sooo lovely.

The antique yet atmospheric interior comes together so nicely. We came with the kids, but it would be sooo good for a date too, and there is group seating, so a group gathering is totally doable. It is also just right for brunch or a brunch get-together~~~~
Since it is inside the outlet, parking is easy, and it makes such a nice route to take a lap around the outlet and shop after your meal.

Best of all, Bueokgan Restaurant is one of those precious YES Kids Zone places these days!!!! I very actively recommend it for a Gijang family meal too, hehe.

Set meals and wine corkage
There are set menus, including good-value family sets, plus plenty of à la carte choices: pizza, pasta, gnocchi, salads, coffee, drinks, beer, and more. Check the kiosk menu board for detailed menu and price information.
For people who know good food! Corkage is free for up to three bottles, so you can pair wine with Bueokgan’s delicious Italian dishes—wine lovers, run there right now~~~~~~~ And the wine shop is right next door to Bueokgan… um, this route is… just perfect…~~~~~~????!!!!!

A generous order from pizza to risotto
As always, we ordered generously: pizza, pasta, risotto, and salad!! Bueokgan’s pizza is seriously delicious, so ordering pizza is not optional—it is essential. You absolutely have to get it~~~~~

Crisp yet moist pizza the kids love
The Bueokgan pizza that the kids absolutely love! It has a thin crust, crisp on the outside and moist inside.

They do not skimp on ingredients either, piling on fresh arugula and more~~~ It is nutty, light, and full of savory flavor—seriously delicious pizza. One bite makes you crave pizza and beer, but yes… I had to drive ^^^^^^

It is a shame, but as we diligently ate the pizza, a whole pie vanished in an instant. Magic.

The baby napa cabbage Caesar salad I order every visit
Personally, the baby napa cabbage Caesar salad is a menu item I loooove!

Well-grilled baby napa cabbage is loaded with sauce and toppings.

Crunchy toppings such as garlic flakes and bacon, the natural sweetness of baby napa cabbage, and the creamy dressing are a truly perfect match! It is so good that I want to recreate it at home. It made me think, wow, baby napa cabbage can become such an elegant dish. I fell hard for its rich flavor, and it is one of the dishes I make sure to order every time.
Oddly, as you eat it, it can even feel a little like kimchi… Anyway, this is genuinely delicious, so you have to try it!!!!!! You have to taste it to understand this dish!!!! >_<

Saucy carbonara and abalone cream risotto
Bueokgan carbonara, which the kids like—no, love!

There is plenty of the thick carbonara sauce, so it never runs short or dries out before you finish. You can enjoy every last bite coated in sauce.

The noodles are nicely soft while still pleasantly springy, too.

And it is no secret that all the generous toppings—bacon, mushrooms, and more—make it even tastier.

Is it for real that our seven-year-old was happily eating with a carbonara fork in one hand and pizza in the other… hahaha. The food is clean and delicious, the kids eat so well, and the parents love it too, so this is somewhere we often visit even on our own dime!!!

My husband, who surprisingly(?) loves creamy things, chose the abalone cream risotto.
Who knew creamy sauce and abalone sauce could work this well together? The crispy enoki mushrooms are a great extra match too!!! We were pretty exhausted after shopping with the kids over the weekend… but filling up on delicious food at Bueokgan, a great Gijang lunch spot, made us this happy again!! Our bellies were full and we were in a good mood, so surely we could manage one more lap around the outlet, right? ^^^^^^ Hahaha
