Where is Daeshin Peanut Bread near Seomyeon Station?

Did you guys know there's a delicious peanut bread shop near Seomyeon Station? I just found out today, and I was so surprised at how good it was, haha!

It's located near where the Seomyeon NC Department Store used to be. If you're passing by and spot Daeshin Peanut Bread, I strongly recommend buying some peanut bread!! If you hesitate you'll regret it later ~ just buy it when you see it, I recommend it ⭐⭐

Apparently Daeshin Peanut Bread is a hot item at Seomun Market, the biggest market in Daegu. Being able to eat it in Busan without going all the way to Daegu is such a win, right?! haha They also sell peanut drinks besides the bread. The owner said a lot of people buy the peanut drinks too!!

Daeshin Peanut Bread's menu and how much I ordered

Daeshin Peanut Bread sells peanut bread, egg bread, roasted peanuts, peanut butter, and peanut latte. Except for the egg bread, haha, everything on the menu has peanuts in it!!

I was torn between 45 or 80 peanut breads, but I ended up sweeping up the last 2 egg breads too, haha. So I ordered 2 egg breads and 45 peanut breads!! But honestly, 45 peanut breads is an amount you can easily finish by yourself, so just get 80 ^^

At first I saw 'peanut butter' on the menu and wondered if it was some kind of dessert?, haha, but it was just plain peanut butter you spread on bread, hahahaha

Tasting the roasted peanuts: ₩10,000 per doe (1kg)

You can also taste the peanuts! I asked the owner if I could try some and she said yes — completely nutty and delicious. Now that I think about it, there's not really any occasion where you just eat plain peanuts,,, haha. Eating them again after a long time, it was just so good, haha. I really wanted to buy some for myself~~

Roasted peanuts are sold separately too. ₩10,000 per doe (1kg) / ₩5,000 per half-doe (500g)

Peanut bread baked to order in 5 minutes

Once I ordered, they made the peanut bread right away. I thought it would take a while, but I only waited about 5 minutes? They made it so quickly.

Watching them make it, they put 2-3 peanuts into the peanut bread mold and then pour the batter in before baking 💛 With 2-3 peanuts packed in, the nutty flavor is absolute heaven! It'd make a perfect snack for elders too. I feel like my grandma would love this snack 💛💛

The owner cooled it down a bit with a fan right after baking, but she said you should leave the packaging box open on the way home since it's fresh out of the oven. Wow~ the nutty smell~ oh it's so good. It's not a plain bland batter, it's actually seasoned batter! Even the batter alone is delicious!! (They said they'll bake it without peanuts too if you want!!)

Egg bread, a snack you rarely see these days

Egg bread. You know it's rare to find places selling egg bread these days, right ㅠㅠ When I was young there was just a truck in front of my house so I could buy it whenever I wanted, but these days it feels hard to find.

The outer bread is slightly sweet, and inside there's one whole egg. The egg isn't plain either, it feels a bit seasoned? So I liked it even more! A perfect match with milk ❤️❤️

How Daeshin's peanut bread tastes, warm and cooled

The crisp outside and moist inside batter combined with the nutty peanuts is just insane!! I ate it the moment I got it fresh out of the oven, and with that crisp texture and nutty peanut flavor together, I thought — I could probably eat all 45 by myself, haha

Warm is delicious, but I think it's even better once it cools down? The outside is crisp, and the inside is also crisp because of the peanuts, plus that nutty flavor ❤️❤️ If you're looking for a nutty dessert in Seomyeon, I recommend Daeshin Peanut Bread!!
