I've had more reasons to meet people near Baegot lately, and I found a place that's perfect for setting a mood. Two Find Peter Baegot Branch, where I went with friends, had everything from steak to risotto beating my expectations, so I really wanted to introduce it to you.

What's the atmosphere at Two Find Peter Baegot Branch like?
Two Find Peter Baegot Branch is a Western restaurant in Baegot that feels stylish from the entrance. Walk down the corridor and you'll see the restaurant glowing with warm lighting behind floor-to-ceiling glass.

With such a neat exterior, I was already curious about the food before going in. Inside, the white tables and leather chairs went together beautifully.

A small stand light on each table creates a soft mood, so I thought it would work well as a date spot too. Stylish framed pieces hang on the walls, which made me feel like I was in a gallery.

What about the seating and how to order?
The restaurant is bigger than I expected, so it never felt stuffy, and you order on a tablet at the table. The tables are spaced generously, which was great for chatting with my group.

There are also long table seats that work well for group gatherings. The clean, no-fuss interior means you get nice photos from any seat.

Ordering is easy with the tablet at the table. We chose the gorgonzola mushroom cream risotto, the sous vide pork neck steak and the ragu fettuccine.

It was convenient to check the menu photos and prices on the screen and choose slowly. And of course I didn't forget to add a Coke Zero.

How were the starter bread and the ragu fettuccine?
Before the mains, Two Find Peter Baegot Branch brought out warm, freshly baked morning-roll-style bread. Dipping it in balsamic oil took the edge off my hunger in the best way.

The bread was so fluffy it vanished in no time, a seriously addictive taste. Next came the ragu fettuccine, and it earned a pass on looks alone.

The ragu fettuccine had the mildest, softest sauce of any pasta I've had. The sauce soaked deep into the noodles, so it stayed moist right to the last bite.

The chewy texture of the wide fettuccine noodles paired perfectly with the rich ragu sauce. It isn't heavily seasoned, so I think kids and older folks would love it too.
How was the gorgonzola mushroom cream risotto?
The gorgonzola mushroom cream risotto hit my nose with a rich, nutty aroma the moment it arrived. The yellow egg yolk in the middle topped off the look.

I was surprised by how much mushroom and bacon was packed into it. When I took a big spoonful, I could feel the thick cream, and the flavor filled my whole mouth.

The portion was so big it felt like it never got smaller no matter how much I ate. With the chewy mushrooms on a smooth cream base, I thought I'd burst by the end.😋
Is the sous vide pork neck steak really that tender?
The main dish at Two Find Peter Baegot Branch, the sous vide pork neck steak, came with a pile of thick wedge potatoes beside the golden-grilled meat. The one I'd been waiting for had finally arrived.

The pork neck steak was really, truly tender. Maybe because it's cooked sous vide (slow-cooked in a vacuum bag in a water bath), it wasn't dry at all and was full of juice. With the wasabi and salt served alongside, the savory depth of the meat doubled.

The meat was so tender it cut along the grain with just a light press of the fork, which really impressed me. "Baegot hotspot Two Find Peter Baegot Branch, the steak and risotto are amazing!" came out of my mouth on its own, I was that satisfied!
If you want to enjoy carefully made Italian food in a stylish space, Two Find Peter Baegot Branch seems like a very good choice. I'm 200% ready to visit again.
