Gamil-dong, Hanam pasta restaurant with unlimited salad bar: Opus240

I was looking for somewhere easy to grab brunch or pasta near Gamil-dong in Hanam and dropped by Opus240. It's located inside a large building in Gamil-dong, so parking is convenient and the restaurant itself is spacious — a nice bonus. Here's a quick rundown of the vibe and menu based on my visit.

Where do you park at Opus240?

Since Opus240 is inside the Gamil Markbell Prugio building, the driveway into the parking lot is wide and there's plenty of space. Just head toward the retail section, park in the underground lot, and go up to the 2nd floor — you'll spot the sign easily, so it's not hard to find.

When you're leaving after your meal, ask them to register your car and you get 3 hours of free parking, which makes for a relaxed, unhurried meal.

Inside Opus240: atmosphere and kid-friendly facilities

Walking into Opus240, the space is spacious overall with high ceilings, so it never feels cramped.

The tables are also generously spaced, which keeps things comfortable,

and the zones are well divided, so the place is also recommended as a venue for group dinners or first-birthday parties (dol janchi).

There's also a dedicated kids' play room off to one side, which makes this a really solid setup for family groups coming with kids from Hanam Misa.

It's a genuinely useful amenity for visitors dining with children.

Baby chairs are of course available.

What's on the unlimited salad bar with every main dish?

What makes Opus240 stand out is that ordering one main dish — pasta, pilaf, steak, whatever — gets you unlimited access to the salad bar.

Besides the basic salad greens, the salad bar has about 20 items ready to go, including warm soup, tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) and fried items.

If you prefer grazing on a little bit of everything rather than just eating one main dish, this setup is really useful.

A nice little way to fill things out when one main dish alone feels like not quite enough.

Freshly sautéed assorted mushrooms. I've reached the age where mushrooms taste amazing haha.

Surprisingly, the seaweed soup (miyeokguk) was better than I expected, haha.

I went back for the seaweed soup twice, haha. I think kids would devour it too, even at gatherings with little ones.

The toaster can't actually toast the morning rolls, which was a bit of a letdown, haha.

There's also a dedicated kids' menu, so there's a wider range of options when you're dining with children.

The food overall isn't bold or particularly distinctive — it's pretty mild across the board. Since it's not too heavily seasoned, it works well as a comfortable meal paired with all the salad bar items.

The salads themselves were tastier than I expected.

What we ordered: bacon pilaf 13,000 won and fungi cream pasta 19,000 won

I went for the budget-friendly picks — the ₩13,000 bacon pilaf and the ₩19,000 Fungi cream pasta. Single dishes at Opus240 start from ₩13,000, and since that price includes the salad bar, it's an easy place to drop into without much financial pressure. If you're coming with kids,

Fungi cream pasta (₩19,000): a cream pasta with a subtle mushroom aroma. The sauce amount and thickness were both well-balanced, making it easy to enjoy.

Bacon pilaf (₩13,000): a basic-style pilaf with bacon, onion and mushrooms mixed in without fuss. The seasoning wasn't too strong, which made it comfortable to eat.

Is Opus240 worth a visit?

Opus240 in Gamil-dong, Hanam offers mild, unassuming food in a spacious, comfortable setting. With 3 hours of free parking, a roughly 20-item salad bar, and especially a well-equipped kids' play room, it's worth keeping in mind among Hanam Misa brunch-pasta spots if you're looking for somewhere easy for a family gathering or somewhere with convenient parking.
