Yakiniku Pungyeong is a Japanese-style charcoal beef grill house near Indeogwon Station on Botdeul 2-gil in Uiwang, Gyeonggi. From a window seat, the writer grilled snowflake short rib, seasoned snowflake short rib, and beef tongue, rounding things out with tonkotsu miso ramen, doenjang jjigae, and a string of free extras including yuzu tomato, cream cheese canapés, and dessert. The marbled snowflake short rib melted in the mouth — a 100% repeat-visit kind of place.
