Tasting notes on the food and drinks
That day we tried the pizza, chicken, craft beer, and ade combo that could be called Raymond's signature pizza-and-beer lineup.

1. Old-style boneless yangnyeom chicken, 22,900 won
Look & texture: freshly fried boneless chicken, still crisp, is generously coated in a glossy old-style seasoning sauce. A snowy dusting of cheese powder and parsley on top completes the look.
Taste: the sauce isn't too sweet but carries savory depth, faithfully recreating the taste of authentic yangnyeom chicken (Korean seasoned fried chicken).

Being boneless, it's easy to eat in bite-sized pieces, with a standout crispy-outside, juicy-inside texture. The cheese powder adds a nutty richness on top.
2. Bacon Hawaiian pizza, 7,900 won
Look & dough: golden-brown slices piled high with chunky bacon, dusted with cheese powder on serving. The dough is pleasantly thick yet chewy.
Taste: this pizza is the textbook definition of sweet-and-salty. Savory, salty bacon pairs with sweet, tangy pineapple for a clean finish without any greasiness.

Fresh out of the oven, the cheese flavor was rich and intense — genuinely the perfect beer snack.

3. Blueberry sour ale craft draft, 8,500 won
Flavor & look: served in a gleaming red dedicated glass, the blueberry sour ale is a treat for the eyes first.

Taste: this beer blends the sour ale's crisp, tangy acidity with a mellow, refreshing blueberry fruit aroma. It cuts cleanly through the richness of the chicken and pizza, leaving a clean finish. If you're a beer lover, this is a craft beer worth trying.

4. Melon ade, 6,500 won
Look & taste: served refreshingly with ice in a long glass, the melon ade looks cool just to look at. Sweet, tangy melon aroma paired with fizzy carbonation makes it a perfect mood-lifting drink for those who don't drink alcohol. It also pairs well with the pizza and chicken.
