Perilla oil beef tartare pasta and shrimp rosé pizza in Daegu

I went out for a meal with my sister on Dongseong-ro~🫶 We visited Palette Hannam, one of the famous Western food restaurants among Dongseong-ro's must-try spots💗

It's a Dongseong-ro pasta place, but they also serve steak and omurice~ I loved having so many menu options🍤💗

Parking

Since it's downtown, there's no parking on-site. You'll need to use the nearby paid lot, Dongseong-ro Central Public Parking Lot! The first 60 minutes cost ₩2,500, then ₩500 per additional 5 minutes, up to ₩35,000 max, with no support offered~🥹

Restroom

There's a door inside the store, but this isn't the restroom, so double check

The restroom is here. Hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels — all provided. It's gender-separated

Interior atmosphere

You can charge your phone at the restaurant too, so feel free to ask if you need it!

The interior is all pink-pink, so it'd be great for a Dongseong-ro date or a Dongseong-ro blind date course💗

There's Wi-Fi too. Check the in-store signage for the password

Since we visited on a weekday evening, the steak was already sold out — such a shame🥹🥹 If it's not sold out, I'd recommend ordering it since this is a steak spot in Dongseong-ro👍🏻

The shrimp rosé pizza is thin-crust with no crust end. I loved being able to enjoy it soft and chewy all the way through✨

The perilla oil beef tartare pasta is meant to be enjoyed like a cold pasta dish — you poke the yolk and mix it well into the sauce. Being a tangy-sweet cold pasta, I loved being able to enjoy its clean flavor💚

I kept the sprouts on instead of removing them, and they worked like a fresh, tasty topping. If you order the perilla oil beef tartare pasta, I recommend keeping the sprouts on👍🏻

You all know you should eat pizza before the cheese sets, haha. With chunky shrimp and salty bacon, the balance was so good that it was plenty tasty on its own even without garlic dipping sauce or hot sauce~💗 It was just the right spice level for someone who can't handle spicy food like me
