HIFU, thermage, RF jaw contouring at a Daegu skin clinic: Fiora Beauty

Lately my face has felt a bit saggy, so I went looking for a contour care shop in Dalseo, Daegu... and found a place that does facial elasticity treatments using KC-certified RF and ultrasound devices. I booked a reservation and paid a visit 🤍

Fiora Beauty Shop is 100% reservation-only, so you need to book through Naver Talk Talk or KakaoTalk before visiting 🤍

For reference, they let me know in advance about a pre-visit note: since the 'Facial elasticity & contour care (RF + ultrasound)' I booked includes ThermaJet treatment, I was told to remove all metal accessories like earrings, necklaces, and rings before coming in (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)

✔️ There's a restroom inside the shop

On one side of the shop, the director's certifications are displayed, which made me feel even more reassured and comfortable going into treatment haha

I arrived at my reserved time and had a quick consultation with the director, who took a close look at my face shape and condition and said she'd tailor the treatment accordingly (❁´◡`❁)

Inside the shop (treatment room). You put your belongings in a basket, change into the provided gown, and lie down on the bed.

Contour care starting with HIFU, and correcting my asymmetry too

After cleansing, she moved on to the HIFU step. HIFU is apparently a lifting treatment that gives an immediate firming effect on double chins and sagging jowls ლ(╹◡╹ლ)

I have a habit of sleeping turned toward my left side, and the director noticed this right away — she said my left cheek looked slightly bigger than my right, and gave extra attention to that side during the lifting treatment! I appreciated that she tailored the care to whichever side actually needed more work ♥

There was a slight throbbing sensation deep in the skin, but it was bearable, so I got through it without any trouble ( ˶°-°˶)

Filling in moisture with water-drop care

Next she did the water-drop care, which apparently replenishes moisture in skin that can get dry after HIFU lifting. My skin definitely felt more hydrated and plump afterward 💦🩵

The difference between ThermaJet and RF

After that came the ThermaJet treatment. ThermaJet delivers heat energy into the skin to help with elasticity, fine lines, pores, and texture, apparently (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)

If HIFU earlier was focused on overall facial contouring, ThermaJet felt more about skin elasticity and texture!!

Then came the RF treatment too. She explained that RF energy helps with skin regeneration, elasticity, and contouring haha

She also did a contour massage with a galvanic device — and massaged not just my face but my trapezius too, which felt amazing ,,ԾㅂԾ,,

Finally, she applied a mask and used an LED device for 15 minutes to help the mask's active ingredients absorb.

A full 90 minutes, and it never felt boring

With a final round of skincare, the contour care session was complete ( -˘ ̫ -˘)👍🏻♡ It took about 1 hour and 30 minutes total, but the director was so upbeat and fun to talk to that the time flew by haha. Thanks to her, the whole Daegu contour care session felt relaxed and never once dragged.

When I got home and looked in the mirror after the treatment, my jawline definitely felt sharper!! Especially around the lower jaw — everything looked more defined and my overall face line looked cleaner than before 🤍

Final thoughts

Going through so many steps in detail — HIFU, water-drop care, ThermaJet, RF — left my face line feeling noticeably more refined, and I was personally satisfied with the result.

There were also barely any visible marks or redness right after the treatment, so I had no trouble going straight back into my day — which makes me think it'd suit anyone looking for contour care in Daegu. If you have an important appointment coming up, getting treated the day before might be a good idea ˃ᴗ❛。
