Daegu beauty shop facial for smoother makeup: Fiora Beauty Shop

Lately, whenever I take photos, my facial lines seem a little less defined than they used to be, so I’ve become really interested in firming and contour treatments haha. This time, I went to Fiora Beauty Shop near Jukjeon Station in Daegu for a facial-firming and contour treatment.

Rather than using just one device, they used everything from HIFU and Water Drop to Thermajet, RF, and galvanic treatment, so it really felt like I was getting a proper treatment haha.

Finding Fiora Beauty Shop from Jukjeon Station

Fiora Beauty Shop is about a five-minute walk from Jukjeon Station in Daegu, so it was easy to reach by public transportation. The clean FIORA BEAUTY sign was up front, making it easy to spot once I got nearby haha.

Inside, it had a clean atmosphere with an overall white palette and wooden furniture. There was a separate sofa waiting area and even a restroom inside, which seemed convenient for days when the treatment takes a while haha. Various skincare devices were set up in the treatment room, and certificates and training-completion certificates were displayed here and there.

Consultation about my jawline before treatment

They didn’t start right away—they first checked my skin’s current condition and talked through the areas I was concerned about haha. I was especially concerned about my jawline and facial contour, so I went with a radiofrequency-and-ultrasound facial-firming contour treatment.

They also explained in detail beforehand that reactions such as redness or warmth could appear depending on my skin condition after the treatment, along with the precautions to take. Knowing these things before starting actually put me at ease haha. Before the device treatment, I had to remove all metal items such as earrings, rings, and my watch, and they had a storage box ready for valuables. It’s a small detail, but I liked being able to put my accessories away without worrying about losing them haha.

The facial-firming and contour-treatment sequence

The treatment started with cleansing. After tidying up my skin, they moved on to HIFU. They worked carefully, focusing on the areas I was concerned about, such as my double chin and the lower part of my cheeks haha.

Next came the Water Drop treatment. They explained that it adds moisture to the skin, and afterward my skin felt hydrated and comfortably settled haha. After that, they used Thermajet, focusing on contour, firmness, and skin texture. They also used Eye Thermajet separately on areas where fine lines can be a concern, such as around the eyes and mouth haha. Instead of treating my entire face exactly the same way, they worked in detail by area, so it definitely felt like I was getting a proper treatment.

RF and galvanic contour massage

RF treatment followed the Thermajet. They carefully moved along my facial lines with a warm sensation, and it was comfortable to receive haha.

Lastly, they used galvanic treatment for a contour massage, focusing on my jawline and the outer edges of my face. After receiving several steps in a row, my facial lines seemed a little more refined than at the beginning haha. Once the device treatments were finished, they put on a mask and wrapped up using a dedicated device. Lying down comfortably with the mask on, the final part felt almost like rest time haha.

A full treatment lasting more than 1.5 hours

The full treatment took about 1.5 to 2 hours. It wasn’t just long—they switched between several devices and worked very thoroughly throughout haha. Above all, I could tell the director was diligently checking my skin condition the entire time.

And the director was so cheerful that we talked a ton while I was being treated haha. Even though I was lying down for more than an hour and a half, I never got bored, and time flew by as we kept chatting. If I lived closer to Daegu, I thought I’d like to get a package and come regularly haha.

The treatment that helped my makeup sit well the next day

When I looked in the mirror after the treatment, the first thing that personally caught my eye was my jawline. I was happy because my facial lines overall seemed a little clearer and more streamlined haha. And I liked my skin condition even more the next day. When I put on makeup, my complexion seemed smoother than usual and my makeup sat really well haha.
