A ramen place my friend and I went to recover after a night out in Daegu! It was a truly good spot with delivery orders constantly coming in,, The broth was so rich that it was perfect for recovery, and my friend was super satisfied—so let me introduce Ryusenso Beomeo Branch~!

It is just a 2-minute walk from Exit 2 of Suseong-gu Office Station, so the access is really great!!

Here are the table seats!!! Groups are welcome too~ It felt like it would be bustling during company lunch hours..! Can you see all the delivery food waiting on the tables? 😱

There were lots of seats that were great for dining solo without any pressure!! Ramen is such a perfect solo meal too~~

My friend ordered the standard Ryusenso, while I was feeling extra hungry, so I added chashu 🤣 There were so many tasty-looking sides that I debated between tori karaage, Jeju black pork gyoza, and yakigyoza, then picked the yakigyoza.

Ginger, pickled radish, and minced garlic are set out at the table! After eating a little, I mixed in the minced garlic, and it somehow tasted Korean-style and delicious?!!

Each table also has hair ties, shichimi spice, and pepper, so add them however you like!

This is the standard Ryusenso my friend ordered! It comes with one slice of chashu, half an ajitama egg, noodles, wood ear mushrooms, and scallions~!

Mine had the same components, but I added chashu, making three slices altogether! As a total meat lover, I was very satisfied hehe.

How the yakigyoza and extra-chashu ramen tasted

I started with the yakigyoza!

The moment we put one in our mouths, my friend and I immediately made eye contact 👀 These gyoza dumplings were so good—crispy outside and tender inside—and they came drizzled with soy sauce, seasoned just right!! I highly recommend them as a side~ Though the people at the next table were having tori karaage, and that looked sooo delicious too 🤤

I was happy to have three big slices of chashu in there,,,

The noodles were thin and nicely firm!! If the broth feels salty to you, you can ask for extra stock~~ It was a little salty for my taste, so I just ate it as is! The broth was so rich that it really did the job for recovery~~

The ajitama egg was perfectly soft-boiled too, so yummy~~ You know how good it is when you put it in your mouth and spoon up some broth! If you love it, adding an ajitama egg is a good move.

The chashu was large but tender, and it was seriously delicious with the noodles. I think I would add chashu again even on my next visit 😋

There were lots of customers in the restaurant, but my friend and I saw delivery orders going out nonstop and said, this place is seriously the real deal,, The ramen itself is delicious, and the sides are amazing too!!!
