I went to Yeongjong Island, Incheon, on a trip and stopped for dinner at Haesanggung, a well-known Eulwangri restaurant.

Octopus stir-fry mixed with turmeric rice
This is Haesanggung's octopus stir-fry. The chunky, springy octopus is spicy in a soft, delicious way that really perks up the appetite~~
We cut up the octopus and mixed it with bean sprouts into the healthy turmeric rice — so good.
Whole octopus pancake and seafood kalguksu (noodle soup)
This is the whole octopus pancake.
A whole octopus goes in, whole. It's crispy and nutty like pastry~~
This is the seafood kalguksu (hand-cut noodle soup). The chewy noodles come with mussels, clams, shrimp, and scallops, making the broth refreshing.
We enjoyed the broth down to the last drop, along with kimchi.
Is Haesanggung worth a dinner stop on Yeongjong Island?
We really enjoyed the Haesanggung set at this Eulwangri favorite. With octopus stir-fry, whole octopus pancake, and seafood kalguksu, it's great being able to try several things at once. Haesanggung!! Spacious hall, convenient parking, varied menu — great for family trips or group meals. Recommended~~👍👍
