Where is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch?

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a café at 20 Meokgeori9-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, right across from Cheonan Terminal and Shinsegae Department Store. It's open from 12pm to 9pm, with last order at 8:30pm.

My friend came to Cheonan today, so after a good lunch we headed to Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong. It's been running there for a long time and is known for its baked goods.

Do you know the café Bamu in Gongju? It's one of my favorites, and apparently Bamu and Brewers Coffee made an ice cream together! The walnut caramel ice cream comes topped with a vanilla madeleine and house-made caramel.

This is a Cheonan café that locals visit often and people from other regions know as a baked goods hotspot. Weekday or weekend, Brewers Coffee is always packed, so there's sometimes a wait.

As soon as you walk into Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, the staff tell you to find a seat first before ordering! Make sure you check there's an open seat inside and claim it first!!!!!!!!!

Two picks from the baked goods showcase

The showcase is packed with baked goods! Brewers Coffee's baked goods come in so many varieties and taste great, so a lot of people buy them as gifts too — there's even a clean gift box option.

The flan is a French-style egg tart and was the biggest item in the case. And this is actually the place where I had my very first canelé — did you know Brewers Coffee is a canelé hotspot? There's a reason so many locals keep coming back!

There's a wide range of madeleines and financiers too! After debating which baked good to try, I ordered a pecan espresso madeleine and a Dubai chocolate financier to go with our drinks.

The signature drinks: 041 coffee and raspberry milk

Brewers Coffee has two signature menu items. I chose my favorite, the 041 coffee, and my friend went with the raspberry milk. I've been here plenty of times but always order the same thing, so I was curious about the raspberry milk since I'd never had it and couldn't even imagine the flavor!

Since this spot has been operating in Sinbu-dong for so long and is so popular, there's now a Sinbuldang branch too. I saw it while passing by — I'll have to make a point of visiting sometime.

Inside Brewers Coffee and out on the terrace

Unlike its dark exterior, the inside of Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is full of vintage charm — it's a really appealing space. It was too crowded to get good photos, but it's a place that welcomes people of all ages, and pets too.

There are also window seats looking out onto the outdoor terrace! It looked lovely from where we sat, but since it was such a humid day, we ended up staying indoors haha.

The outdoor terrace only has a few tables right now, but once autumn arrives, more tables go out and the space fills up with even more people.

There's a photo booth for Brewers Coffee out on the terrace. Judging by the sample shot next to it, the photos come out in black and white.

Here's everything brought to our table~ Isn't the presentation alone gorgeous? For the coffee I ordered, the staff explained how to drink it, which made it taste even better.

What the raspberry milk tastes like

My friend's raspberry milk! Made with nutty, mild milk mixed with raspberry syrup, it had a gorgeous, vivid color. The raspberry's tartness and sweetness paired beautifully with the milk, making it a menu item that exceeded expectations. Raspberries have bigger seeds than other berries, which can sometimes feel a bit much, but mixed with milk it went down smoothly instead.

How to drink the 041 coffee

The 041 coffee I picked is the signature drink I always order whenever I visit Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong! Once the espresso on top has fully settled, you can taste the nuttiness and sweetness at the same time. It's smooth with real sweetness, so it's no surprise it's so popular!

Pecan espresso madeleine and Dubai chocolate financier

I've been to Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong many times, but this was my first time trying the pecan espresso madeleine! You can taste the espresso, and the madeleine itself is soft and moist~ The Dubai chocolate financier has a crisp, crumbly texture paired harmoniously with the chocolate's sweetness — a really well-balanced dessert!

Locals keep coming back to Brewers Coffee! With such a wide variety of baked goods, plenty of people stop by just for takeout. It's been running in Sinbu-dong for a long time with no days off, so I hope everyone gets a chance to visit and try the delicious baked goods and coffee & drinks.
