I went to Golmokjip Galbisal Yeonsinnae Main Branch (골목집갈비살 연신내본점) in Yeonsinnae to have pork and beef together. With the value assortment, mul naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), and steamed rice, there was plenty for two adults.
Where is it, and is parking available?

This order was enough to fill two adults. I liked being able to try two cuts of pork and beef rib meat together on one platter.
How were the pork neck, pork belly, and beef rib meat?
There were many diners even early in the evening, but the hardwood charcoal heat was strong, so the meat cooked quickly. I could eat without the frustration of waiting a long time for it to cook.
The Korean pork neck was tender and moist. It was a good cut to start the meal with.
The pork belly had a balanced amount of fat, making it savory yet clean-tasting.
The beef rib meat was a welcome change of flavor between the pork. I was satisfied that I could alternate between meats instead of eating just one kind.
How were the side dishes, doenjang-jjigae, and mul naengmyeon?
The side dishes and sauces were served neatly. Their savory flavor paired well with the meat.
Doenjang-jjigae (soybean paste stew) comes with a platter menu. Its rich, earthy flavor was good, so I added steamed rice to eat with it.
The mul naengmyeon was cool and refreshing. Its clean, not overly strong flavor made it a good palate cleanser after the meat.
