Seomyeon BBQ with truffle potato salad and half fresh ribs: Gilchon
Gilchon Sutbul Galbi Seomyeon Main Branch is a charcoal pork rib restaurant on Dongcheon-ro in Seomyeon, Busan, where the ribs are butterflied in house. The writer ordered a half portion of fresh pork ribs (₩15,900) and a full portion of marinated pork ribs (₩29,500), added cheese toast, cheese fried rice and half-and-half naengmyeon (cold noodles), and found a faint truffle scent in the complimentary potato salad. Gilchon Sutbul Galbi is a good choice when you want both fresh and marinated ribs with no table fee.
