Today's post is about Olla Poke Seocho Gyodae Branch.

Olla Poke Seocho Gyodae Branch is a great spot for enjoying healthy, fresh 🥗poke at a reasonable price in a comfortable setting. I've visited over 40 restaurants and cafés as a reviewer over the past year and a half, but this is actually the first place I've ever gone back to, haha.

That should tell you how good my first visit was! So in today's post I wanted to honestly cover the location, the menu, and what makes Olla Poke stand out.

Where is Olla Poke Seocho Gyodae Branch, and how far is it from Gyodae Station?

Olla Poke Seocho Gyodae Branch is located near Exit 14 of Gyodae Station on Line 3. It's a 3–5 minute walk from the station, so accessibility is really good. And if you check the map, you'll see it's also very close to Seocho Station on Line 2!

Inside the basement: a roomy poke restaurant with seats for one, two and four

The Olla Poke Seocho Gyodae Branch is underground, but the space is genuinely spacious for a poke place.

Most poke shops lean heavily toward takeout orders, so they tend to be small and cramped, but Olla Poke has a decently big space with a range of seating — single, double, four-person — so you don't feel rushed even if you linger a bit, haha.

Getting into the actual menu, the range of poke options is seriously huge ✌️

There's a poke menu list right at the table, but you actually order at the kiosk!

Besides the signature poke bowls, there's also a build-your-own custom poke option where you pick the ingredients yourself••

They also sell mini salads and soup as side dishes.

And the surprising thing is they even sell pizza haha. I'd never seen a poke place sell pizza before, and it felt kind of refreshing haha. I thought it'd be great if you're going with a friend who wants something healthy and another friend who wants a heartier meal. For poke, you can freely choose your toppings and sauce.. and besides poke, they also sell salad wraps and pizza!

Can you bring delivery food in? Yes, after 5 pm

I didn't notice this on my last visit, but apparently after 5 pm you're allowed to bring in delivery food (only if you order alcohol 🍻🍺 though!). Since I came for a healthy meal, I sadly didn't order pizza or other delivery food separately and just had poke 🥹. I ordered the salmon poke I loved so much last time, this time with added steak.

Solo-diner touches at Olla Poke: origin and calorie labels, outlets at every single seat

One thing that stood out to me was that they label the origin of ingredients and calorie counts, which really meets the needs of customers who care about their diet and health.. and on top of that, the single seating is really well set up.

Every single seat has an outlet and a phone stand, so even during the short time you're eating poke, you can charge your phone and watch something comfortably. It's a small thing, but it felt like a moment where they really thought about solo diners 💗. I tend to visit poke places alone more often than with a group of friends, so little touches like this really won me over.

They also give detailed instructions on how to use the kiosk and where the exits are

and in the back seating area there's mouthwash, toothpicks, hair ties, and simple salad sauces available too

Free coffee machine with iced americano

But the thing I liked most was the free coffee machine! You can drink an iced americano without paying extra. Just pull a coffee from the machine and add the crushed ice next to it — that's it.

Thanks to that, I enjoyed my salmon steak poke together with a nice iced americano.

Review: salmon poke with steak topping, half salad and half brown rice

The visuals were insane. You can tell it's fresh just from the photos 🥲🥳. I ordered the half salad, half brown rice combo, and even though it's split, they still packed in a lot of salad. Best of all, there was plenty of the main salmon and steak topping, so it was a filling meal. There was also corn, chickpeas, and pineapple — personally I've hardly eaten poke anywhere else that includes pineapple, so that felt fresh!

Last time I got greedy and added extra toppings, and I ended up so full I couldn't even go work out afterward.. so on this return visit I didn't add any extra toppings, and it was still a solid, filling meal. You probably don't need to add extra, but if you want to try several main toppings at once, I'd recommend up to two max, haha.

Great access from the station, a comfortable space and setup for solo dining, and a wide variety of menu items plus good amenities — this Seocho Station poke restaurant, Olla Poke Seocho Gyodae Branch, is definitely worth a visit 👍👍
